ملخص: تركز هذه الدراسة على تبيان دور شركة حصاد الغذائية في تعزيز الأمن الغذائي لدولة قطر، وسبل الاستفادة من تجربتها في الجزائر، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري عبر التطرق إلى المفاهيم الأساسية المرتبطة بالأمن الغذائي، وكشف تحديات تحقيقه بالجزائر، وإضافة إلى المنهج التحليلي من خلال تحليل التقارير الصادرة عن المؤسسات الحكومية القطرية وشركة حصاد الغذائية، قصد تحديد مكامن القوة في هذه التجربة ومحاولة نقلها إلى الجزائر، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن شركة حصاد الغذائية تتبنى استراتيجية تركز أساسا على إنتاج الغذاء المحلي المناسب للظروف المناخية القطرية، واستئجار الأراضي الزراعية في دول من القارات الخمس لتفادي أي خلل في سلسلة الإمدادات الغذائية، والتركيز فيها على إنتاج اللحوم، الدواجن، الحبوب.

Abstract: This study focuses on revealing the role of Hassad Food Company in enhancing food security of Qatar, and ways to benefit from its experience in Algeria; Relying on the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect by addressing the basic concepts related to food security, and revealing the challenges of achieving it in Algeria. In addition to the analytical approach through analyzing reports issued by Qatari government institutions and Hassad Food Company, in order to identify the strengths of this experience and try to transfer them to Algeria. A strategy that focuses mainly on the production of local food suitable for the climatic conditions of Qatar, and the leasing of agricultural land in countries from five continents to avoid any disruption in the food supply chain, and focusing on the production of meat, poultry and grains.
