الملخص العربي
تتناول هذه الدراسة حق المؤلف وأهميته وفوائد حمايته وتسعى إلى تحقيق األهداف التالية : 1 -التعرف على مفهوم حق المؤلف ، مفهوم الحق في العلم والثقافة. 2 -التعرف على أقسام حق المؤلف، ماهية حق المؤلف في إطار الملکية الفکرية. 3 -التعرف على مضمون حق المؤلف ومب ار ارته والمبادئ األساسية لحمايته، التعرف على القوانين واإلتفاقيات الدو لية التي کفلت الحماية لحق المؤلف، ومعرفة األسباب الداعية ألهمية حماية حق المؤلف. ا ً إعتمدت الد ارسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلک لوصف الظاهرة محل الد ارسة وصًفا کمي ً تحليليا لمعرفة أسباب حدوثها. وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدة نتائج أهمها: ا تبنت سريان ً أن المعاهدات الدوليه عموم مدة الحماية طيلة حياة المؤلف و خمسين سنه بعد وفاته. وقد أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أبرزها : ينبغي مراعاه حقوق مستخدمي اإلنترنت فى الوصول للمصنفات المحميه بما يتوافق مع عدم إنتهاک حقوق المؤلف.

copyright, The concept of copyright Framework intellectual property, conventions and International laws
Which ensured Protection of copyright, And to identify the reasons for the importance protection of copyright
The study depends on approaches: is the descriptive analytical approach. This is to study the
phenomenon under study quantitatively and analytically to identify the underlying reasons.
The study shows several results of which the most important ones are as follows: That international
treaties Generally Adopted The validity period of the protection Throughout the life of the author Fifty years
after his death.
The study came out with some recommendations of which the most important ones are : Should be
taken into account Rights of Internet users In access to protected works Consistent with non-infringement
