هدفت الدراسة التعرف الى التأثيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية لجرائم غسل الأموال على المجتمع الفلسطيني من وجهة نظر ضباط الشرطة الفلسطينية في الضفة الغربية، كما هدفت إلى الكشف عن أثر متغيرات الدراسة: (الرتبة، المؤهل العلمي، الدورات التدريبية). لجرائم غسل الأموال على المجتمع الفلسطيني، وكان الباحثان قد استخدما المنهج الوصفيّ التحليليّ بوصفه منهجية مناسبة لمضامين الدارسة وموضوعها.
وغاية الوصول إلى تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، حلّل الباحثان إجابات عينة الدراسة التي مقدارها: (153) استبانة من ضباط جهاز الشرطة الفلسطينية، تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة من مجتمع الدراسة الكلي، ووظّف الباحثان البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) في هذه الدراسة؛ من أجل الإجابة عن أسئلتها وفرضياتها. وخلصت الدراسة الى أن الدرجة الكلية للتأثيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية لجرائم غسل الأموال على المجتمع الفلسطيني من وجهة نظر ضباط جهاز الشرطة الفلسطينية كانت كبيرة. كما تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا للتأثيرات الاجتماعية والسياسية تعزي لمتغير الرتبة ووجود فروق للتأثيرات السياسية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ووجود فروق لجميع المجالات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية تعزى لمتغير الحاصلين على دورات تدريبية. وأوصى الباحثان بضرورة التعاون الدولي في مجال مكافحة غسيل الأموال، كونها مشكلة عالمية مشتركة ، وذلك مـن خـلال تضافر الجهـود المشتركة في اتخاذ الإجـراءات والتشريعات وابرام اتفاقيات دولية لمكافحة جرائم غسيل الأموال.

The study aimed at identifying the economic, social and political effects of money laundering crimes on Palestinian society from the perspective of the Palestinian police officers in the West Bank. It also aims to show the impact of demographic factors (rank, qualification, training courses) for the crimes of money laundering on the Palestinian society, The researchers used the descriptive approach because it suited the study's implications and content.
To achieve the purpose a sample consisting of (153) from the Palestinian police officers were taken. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to test the trends of the respondents in the hypotheses adopted by the study.
The study concluded that the overall degree of social, economic and political effect of money laundering on Palestinian society from the perspective of the Palestinian police officers was huge. Statistical significance was observed in the area of social and political effects attributed to the rank variable, and statistical significance was found in the area of political effects attributed the qualification variable, there were statistical significance in all areas, social, economic and political effects attributed to the training courses.
The researchers made recommendations that the necessity of international cooperation in the field of combating money laundering, as it is a common global problem, through joint efforts in taking procedures and legislations and concluding international agreements to combat money laundering crimes.
