تعاني أغلبية الدول والمجتمعات على اختلاف نظمها الثقافية والسياسية والاقتصادية من آثار الجريمة بوجه من الوجوه خاصة في العصر الحاضر ,إذ أصبح للجريمة المنظمة صداها الدولي الذي يتمثل بجرائم الإرهاب الدولي, وأصبح مواجهتها ليست مقتصرة على الفرد والمجتمع والدولة , بل أصبح واجب على كل دول العالم والمنظمات الدولية العالمية التصدي لها, فهي مسؤولية دولية جماعية متضامنة , يتعرض المخالف لها إلى ترتب مسؤولية جنائية, فالظاهرة الإجرامية تعد ثمرة تضافر مجموعة من العوامل الفردية الداخلية المتعلقة بالمجرم ذاته والتي يفضي تفاعلها مع الظروف الخارجة عن ذات المجرم إلى تحقق السلوك الإجرامي, وهناك عوامل تساعد على الوقاية من الجريمة ومكافحتها,عن طريق الإيمان الصادق بالله, وتربية الضمير وخلق الرقيب الذاتي لدى الفرد, فضلا عن عوامل أخرى للوقاية, لهذا قسم البحث على ثلاثة مباحث:
المبحث الأول :- التعريف بالجريمة, وبه ثلاثة مطالب , المطلب الأول : مفهوم الجريمة, والمطلب الثاني: أركان الجريمة , والمطلب الثالث : مخاطر الجريمة.
والمبحث الثاني :- العوامل المؤدية للسلوك الإجرامي , وبه ثلاثة مطالب, المطلب الأول: العوامل الفردية (الداخلية), والمطلب الثاني:العوامل البيئية (الخارجية), والمطلب الثالث: عوامل أخرى تؤدي إلى السلوك العدواني.
والمبحث الثالث :- عوامل الوقاية من السلوك الإجرامي , وبه ثلاثة مطالب, المطلب الأول: الإيمان الصادق بالله تعالى, والمطلب الثاني: تربية الضمير وخلق الرقيب الذاتي لدى الفرد, والمطلب لثالث : عوامل أخرى للوقاية, وهناك خاتمة : اشتملت على أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

The second topic: - The factors leading to criminal behavior, with three demands, the first requirement: individual factors (internal), and the second requirement: environmental factors (external), and the third requirement: other factors lead to aggressive behavior.
The third is: - The factors of prevention of criminal behavior, and the three demands, the first requirement: faith in God Almighty, and the second requirement: raising conscience and the creation of self-censor in the individual, and the requirement for the third: other factors of prevention, and there is a conclusion: included the most important findings and recommendations.
