The present study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between quality of psychological life and psychological happiness and self-worth, and to reveal the differences between males and females in both quality of psychological life and psychological happiness and self-worth among in the sample of students of Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz University. The study sample consisted of (270) male and female students (160 males -110 females). To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used a level of the quality of psychological life, the level of psychological happiness, and the level of self-worth after verifying the validity and reliability of these measures. And to answer the study questions mathematical averages, standard deviations, and Pearson correlation coefficients were used. The results of the study showed that the level of psychological quality of life, psychological happiness and self-worth among in the sample of students of Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz University was high ,where the measure of the quality of psychological life in the first place followed by the measure of mental happiness and then the measure of self-worth, and there was a statistically significant correlation between the measure of quality of psychological life and the psychometric of happiness and the of self-worth, also there were statistically significant differences between the average grades of students of the Faculty of Education and students of the Faculty of Science on the standards of the study in favor of students of the Faculty of Science, the results showed no statistically significant differences between the average males and females on the measure of quality of psychological life, while there were statistically significant differences between the males and females on the psychological happiness measure in favor of males, and there were statistically significant differences between the male and female averages on the self-worth measure in favor of females.
