وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر استخدام برنامج تدريبي قائم على أنشطة الذكاءات المتعددة في تنمية بعض مهارات التدريس الفعال لدى طلاب شعبة علم النفس بكلية التربية.
وقد حاولت الدراسة الإجابة عن السؤالين التاليين:
1- ما مكونات برنامج تدريبي قائم على أنشطة الذكاءات المتعددة ؟
2- ما أثر استخدام البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية بعض مهارات التدريس الفعال لدى طلاب شعبة علم النفس بكلية التربية ؟
وللإجابة عن هذين السؤالين قام الباحث بإعداد قائمة بمهارات التدريس الفعال والمرتبطة بأنشطة الذكاءات المتعددة ، وتم بناء البرنامج التدريبي في ضوء آراء المحكمين لهذه القائمة، وتم أيضاً إعداد بطاقة الملاحظة لمهارات التدريس الفعال وحساب ثبات وصدق البطاقة.
وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 30 طالب من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة شعبة علم النفس بكلية التربية – جامعة أسيوط وتم تطبيق البرنامج عليها.
وبعد ذلك قام الباحث بتطبيق بطاقة الملاحظة قبلياً على مجموعة الدراسة للتأكد من مدى توافر مهارات التدريس الفعال المرتبطة بأنشطة الذكاءات المتعددة والتي تم اعداد البرنامج التدريبي لتنميتها. وبعد ما تم بناء البرنامج التدريبي القائم على أنشطة الذكاءات المتعددة وتدريب الطلاب مجموعة الدراسة عليه، ثم تطبيق بطاقة الملاحظة بعدياً على مجموعة الدراسة، وتم تحليل النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائياً وتفسيرها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن استخدام البرنامج التدريبي القائم على أنشطة الذكاءات المتعددة ساهم في تنمية مهارات التدريس الفعال (الإعداد والتخطيط لأنشطة الذكاءات المتعددة – تنفيذ أنشطة الذكاءات المتعددة – تنظيم وإعداد حجرة الدراسة – تقويم الطلاب في ضوء أنشطة الذكاءات المتعددة ) لدى الطلاب المعلمين بشعبة علم النفس مجموعة الدراسة.

The effect of using a training program based on the activities of multiple intelligences in developing some effective teaching skills among students of the Psychology Division of the College of Education
The study aimed to identify the effect of using a training program based on the activities of multiple intelligences in developing some effective teaching skills among students of the Psychology Division, College of Education.
The study tried to answer the following two questions:
1- What are the components of a training program based on the activities of multiple intelligences?
2- What is the effect of using the training program on developing some effective teaching skills among students of the Psychology Department at the College of Education?
To answer these two questions, the researcher prepared a list of effective teaching skills related to the activities of multiple intelligences, and the training program was built in light of the opinions of the judges for this list, and the observation card was also prepared for effective teaching skills and calculating the stability and validity of the card.
The study sample consisted of 30 students from the fourth year students of the Psychology Division at the Faculty of Education - Assiut University, and the program was applied to it.
After that, the researcher applied the observation card previously to the study group to ensure the availability of effective teaching skills related to the activities of multiple intelligences, for which the training program was prepared for its development. After the training program based on the activities of multiple intelligences was built and the students trained the study group on it, then the observation card was applied in the distance to the study group, and the results were analyzed, statistically processed and interpreted. The study found that the use of the training program based on the activities of multiple intelligences contributed to the development of effective teaching skills (preparation and planning for the activities of multiple intelligences - implementing activities of multiple intelligences - organizing and preparing the classroom - evaluating students in light of the activities of multiple intelligences) among students teachers in the Department of Psychology Study group.
