تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج قائم على معايير الأمن النفسي في تنمية الأداءات المهنية لمعلمي علم النفس، حيث تم تحديد معايير الأمن النفسي اللازمة لمعلمي علم النفس بالمرحلة الثانوية والتي تمثلت في (الاتزان الانفعالي – التكيف النفسي – التوافق المهني – الوعي التكنولوجي – العلاقات الإيجابية مع الآخرين – اكتشاف الذات)، وتحديد الأداءات المهنية التي يجب تنميتها لدى معلمي علم النفس بالمرحلة الثانوية وتمثلت في (أداءات تخطيطية – أداءات تنفيذية – أداءات تخصصية – أداءات تكنولوجية – أداءات اجتماعية – أداءات أخلاقية)، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في اختبار تحصيلي وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الجانب المعرفي والجانب الأدائي لدى معلمي علم النفس. وتوصلت الدراسة لوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات المعلمين مجموعة البحث في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي في الموضوعات ككل ولكل موضوع على حدة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات المعلمين مجموعة البحث في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة في الأداءات ككل ولكل أداء على حدة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، مما يشير إلى فعالية البرنامج التدريبي الإلكتروني القائم على معايير الأمن النفسي في تنمية الأداءات المهنية لمعلمي علم النفس في المرحلة الثانوية.

The current study aims to identify the effectiveness of a program based on psychological security standards in developing the professional performance of psychology teachers. The necessary psychological security standards for secondary school psychology teachers were identified, which were represented in (emotional balance - psychological adjustment - professional compatibility - technological awareness - relationships Positive with others - self-discovery), and determining the professional performances that must be developed among psychology teachers at the secondary level, which are represented in (planning performances - executive performances - specialized performances - technological performances - social performances - ethical performances). The study tools consisted of an achievement test and a note card To measure the cognitive and performance side of psychology teachers. The study found statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the teachers in the pre and post application of the achievement test in the subjects as a whole and for each subject separately in favor of the post application, and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores Teachers Group Research in the pre and post application of the observation card in the performances as a whole and for each performance separately in favor of the post application, which indicates the effectiveness of the electronic training program based on psychological security standards in developing the professional performance of secondary school psychology teachers.
