- قام مقدم البرنامج بسؤالي عن دور الهيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد نحو الاهتمام بذوى الهمم والاحتياجات الخاصة فأجبته أولا بتعريف للهيئة ودورها ثم عن دوري كمراجع خارجي وكتابة التقارير للهيئة كجهة مانحة للاعتماد ثم قام بسؤالي عن ما كانت الجودة شكلية وورقية فقط وليس لها وجود حقيقي علي أرض الواقع فأجبته أن لدي المراجع أدوات يجمع بها بيانته عن المؤسسة صاحبة الاعتماد (الوثائق-الملاحظة-المقابلات)وهذه تعتبر الشواهد والأدلة التي يقوم بجمعها المراجع والتي من خلالها نتعرف أن المؤسسة حققت معايير الجودة أم لا !!!!!!!!!

- The presenter of the program asked me about the role of the National Authority for Quality Assurance of Education and Accreditation towards caring for people of determination and special needs, so I answered him first with a definition of the authority and its role, then about my role as an external auditor and writing reports for the authority as an accreditation body Then he asked me about the quality that was formal and paper only and had no real existence on the ground I answered him that the auditor has tools with which he collects his data on the accredited institution (documents-observations-interviews) and these are the witnesses and evidence that the auditor collects and through which we know that the institution has achieved quality standards or not!!!!!!!!!
