وانسياب المعلومات بين أطراف العملية الاتصالية، وبقدر ما يكون الاتصال في المؤسسة غير فعال فإنه يصبح سببا في عرقلة للمؤسسة من
خلال عدم دوران المعلومات بين أطراف العملية الاتصالية، لذلك يعتبر الاتصال الداخلي العصب الحيوي والمحرك الرئيسي لأي مؤسسة
فهو عنصر رئيسي من عناصر إستراتيجية التسيير الجيد للمؤسسة.
ومن أجل إسقاط المعارف النظرية في الواقع ارتأينا دراسة المؤسسة الوطنية للغزل والنسيج فيتال بالجزائر العاصمة من أجل إظهار أثر

Internal communication has become matter of great interest from the thinkers and managers as one of the factors by which the institution seeks to achieve its objectives and to reach a solution to the various organizational conflicts and problems faced by, it works on the management and organization of relations within it, as far as the communication is effective results are shown positively in the good process and flow of information between the parties to the communication process, to the extent that communication in the institution is not effective, it becomes a means of obstruction of the institution through the lack of information between the parties of the communication process, therefore, the vital nerve and the main engine of any institution is a key element of its good management strategy. In order to make use of factual information, we considered the study of national textile and Textile Corporation (VETAL) in Algiers in order to reflect the impact of the communication policy on the management of the inflict in the institution
