أكل مال الناس بغير حق دون رضاهم
نهي الإسلام عن أكل أموال الناس بغير حق قال الله -تعالى-:
(يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَأْكُلُوا أَمْوَالَكُم بَيْنَكُم بِالْبَاطِلِ إِلَّا أَن تَكُونَ تِجَارَةً عَن تَرَاضٍ مِّنكُمْ وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيمًا)
وقد عدّ الله ما يُؤخذ من الغير على غير وجه التجارة، أو الصدقة، أو الإرث، أو العمل، أو النفقة؛ فهو في غير وجهه المشروع ويعدّ حراماً
وهو محرّم سواء قام به بالأكل أو الشرب، أو اشترى به لباساً أو فرشاً، أو بنى فيه بيتاً، وقد قال الله -تعالى-: (إِلَّا أَن تَكُونَ تِجَارَةً عَن تَرَاضٍ مِّنكُمْ)، فالتاجر يشتري السلعة بسعر معيّن ويبيعها بأكثر من ذلك السعر، ولا يكون حراماً

4- مَن أخذ أموالاً على سبيل الدَّيْن من غيره، ثمّ أنكر ما أخذه.

****عقوبة أكل أموال الناس بغير حق أوجب الله -سبحانه وتعالى-****
النّار على كل من يأكل أموال النّاس بغير حق؛ ذلك لأنّه يُعدّ من الظلم العظيم، فقال الله -تعالى-: (وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ عُدْوَانًا وَظُلْمًا فَسَوْفَ نُصْلِيهِ نَارًا وَكَانَ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى اللَّـهِ يَسِيرًا)
وينبغي على من أكل أموال النّاس بغير حقٍّ؛ أن يتوب إلى الله توبةً نصوحاً، ويُرجع المال إلى صاحبه إن تمكّن من ذلك، وإن كان ما أخذه قد تعرّض للتلف؛ فينبغي عليه أن يدفع قيمته لصاحبه، وإن لم يتوافر المالك الحقيقي لهذا المال يقوم بدفعه إلى ورثته، فإن تعذّر الدفع للورثة يقوم بالتبرع بالمال لجهةٍ من جهات الخير لتقوم بصرفه والتبرع به؛ مثل جهات البرّ التي تتكفّل بالإنفاق على الفقراء والمساكين.
اللهم ارزقنا رزقا حلالًا طيبًا مباركًا فيه كما تحب وترضى يا رب العالمين.
حسبنا الله سيؤتينا الله من فضله إنا إلى الله لراغبون.
اللّهم إن كان رزقي في السّماء فأنزله،
وإن كان في الأرض فأخرجه،
وإن كان بعيدًا فقرّبه
وإن كان قريبًا فيسّره،
وإن كان قليلًا فكثّره،
وإن كان كثيرًا فبارك لي فيه.

Fire on everyone who eats people's money unjustly; That is because it is considered a great injustice, so God Almighty said: (And whoever does that out of aggression and injustice, We will burn him in the Fire, and that is easy for God)
And those who ate people's money unjustly should; To repent sincerely to God, and return the money to its owner if he was able to do so, even if what he took was damaged; So he should pay its value to its owner, and if the real owner of this money is not available, he will pay it to his heirs. Such as charitable organizations that undertake to spend on the poor and needy.
Oh God, grant us a halal, good and blessed sustenance, as you love and are satisfied, O Lord of the worlds.
God suffices us, God will give us of His bounty. We are willing to God.
