يتناول البحث دراسة الغزوات والسرايا والبعوث التي لم يشارك الرسول بقيادتها والمختلف فيها, حيث يسعى البحث لتحقيق جملة من الأهداف أهمها: التعرف على الأبعاد الاستراتيجية للقيادة النبوية في مجالها العسكري, وإبراز دور التعامل النبوي مع غير المسلمين في المجال الحربي0
وقد تم التوّصل إلى جملة نتائج من أبرزها, إنّ الأصل في الإسلام هو السلم والموادعة, وما شرّع القتال إلاّ لحفظِ الدينِ والنفسِ والعرض, لذا نجد أنّ النبيّ بعد أن أخذ بالأسباب قامَ برد عدوان المشركين وغيرهم0 ومنع التمثيل بجثث الأعداء أو تعذيب جرحاهم, والتحذير من الاعتداء على الأعداء بغير حق كالتخريب والتحريق, والنهي عن قتل غير المقاتلين كالنساء والصبيان والكهول0
الملخص الانجليزي
The research deals with the study of the invasions, companies and missions that the Prophet did not participate in in its leadership and the difference in it.The research seeks to achieve the objectives of the most important: identifying the strategic dimensions of the Prophet’s leadership in its military field, and highlighting the role of the Prophet’s interaction with non-Muslims in the military field.
A number of results have been reached, the most prominent of which is that the origin in Islam is peace and meekness, and fighting is only legislated to preserve religion, self and honor. Therefore, we find that the Prophet, after taking the reasons, repelled the aggression of the polytheists and others, and prohibited mutilating the corpses of enemies or torturing their wounded, and warning against Unlawful assault on enemies, such as sabotage and arson, and the prohibition of killing non-combatants, such as women, children, and elderly people .
