يستهدف هذا البحث بيان مفهوم علم القواعد العقدية وضبط مصطلحاته الأساسية، كما يصبو إلى وضع خريطةلكيفية التأصيل لهذا العلم بذكر مصادره المؤصلة له، إضافة إلى رسم صورة مصغرة عن التأريخ له نشأة وتكوينا وتطورا، وسيختمبنماذج تطبيقية يبرز من خلالها أهميته في التأصيل لعلم القواعد العقدية، والتسهيل لذكر مباحثه المتفرقة بعبارة قصيرة وجامعة، كما أنه يوضح الدور الرائد لعلم القواعد العقدية في تدبير الخلافات المذهبية، والجمع بين الأقوال المتعددة، والتقريب بين الآراء المتعارضة. وقد استندت الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي والوصفي والتحليلي. وتكمن أهمية موضوع البحث في كونه يطرق بابا لازال لم يفتح بعد على مصرعيه، والبحث فيه يعد شيئا جديدا لقلة ما كتب فيه من جانب، ومن جانب آخر خطورة موضوعه المتحدث عنه، إنه موضوع: (القواعد العقدية)، الذي لم ينل حظا كافيا من البحث عند المتقدمين، وما كتبوه تحت اسم القواعد العقدية لا يخرج عن كونه متعلقا بأبواب العقيدة ومباحثها العامة على غرار قواعد العقائد للغزالي دون تخصيص للجانب التقعيدي بخصوصه.إن هذا البحث جاء ليكون لبنة من لبنات التأصيل للدرس العقدي، وهوأمر غاية في الأهمية لارتباطه بقضية الاستدلال لعلم العقيدة وجمع شتات مباحثها المتفرقة تحت قواعد كلية بعبارة مختصرة سهلة وميسرة.ومن أبرز الاستنتاجات التي توصلت الدراسة إليها: أن علم القواعد العقدية لم يحظ بالبحث الكافي فهو لا زال يحتاج مجهودا أكبر، وما وجد فيه من بحوث مع قلتها لا يرقى إلى المطلوب نظرا لخطورة الموضوع وصعوبة المجال. عند التأمل في الخلافات الواقعة بين المذاهب الإسلامية نجدها تقع في الجزئيات دون الكليات، فلو أرجعت الجزئيات إلى كلياتهالقل الخلاف.

This research aims to clarify the concept of doctrinal rules scienceand adjust its basic terminology, as well as to lay down a map of the method of rooting for this science by mentioning its rooted sources, in addition to drawing a miniature picture of the history of its origin, formation and development, and it will be concluded with practical models through which it highlights its importance in the rooting for the science of nodal rules And to facilitate the mention of his scattered discussions in a short and comprehensive phrase, as it illustrates the pioneering role of the science of doctrinal rules in managing doctrinal disputes, combining multiple sayings, and bringing together opposing opinions. The study was based on the inductive, descriptive and analytical approach. The importance of the research topic lies in the fact that it is knocking on a door that has not yet been opened wide, and researching it is considered a new thing due to the scarcity of what has been written in it on the one hand, and on the other hand the seriousness of the topic it is talking about,It is the subject of: (The Contractual Rules), which did not get sufficient research among the applicants, and what they wrote under the name of the doctrinal rules does not deviate from the fact that it relates to the chapters of the doctrine and its general discussions similar to the rules of beliefs of al-Ghazali without allocating the contractual aspect regarding it. This research came to be one of the building blocks of the doctrinal lesson, which is extremely important because it is related to the issue of inference for the science of belief and the collection of its dispersed discussions under general rules in an easy and brief phrase. Among the most prominent conclusions reached by the study: The knowledge of doctrinal rules has not received sufficient research, as it still requires more effort, and what was found in it of research, although few of them, does not rise to the required due to the seriousness of the topic and the difficulty of the field. When contemplating the differences between the Islamic sects, we find that they fall into parts and not colleges. If the parts are referred to their colleges, the disagreement will be less.
