يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان الأهمية الكبيرة لدليل سد الذرائع، ومن ثم التطبيق عليها ببعض النماذج الاجتماعية المعاصرة، واتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي، وقد احتوى البحث على مقدمة وثلاثة مطالب وخاتمة، في المطلب الأول والثاني تحدثت فيهما عن حقيقة دليل سد الذرائع، مبينا التعريف والأركان والشروط والأقسام، والمطلب الثالث كان تطبيقيا لبعض النماذج الاجتماعية ومدى تحقق ضوابط سد الذرائع فيها، وابتدأت بذكر نماذج تطبيقية من القرآن ثم السنة ثم الواقع المعاصر وشمل ثلاثة نماذج: "الحج والعمرة في ظل انتشار فايروس كورونا-كوفيد19-"، و"القات في اليمن"، و"المولد النبوي"، وختمت ذلك بأهم النتائج الموضوعية من أبرزها: أن سد الذرائع حجة شرعية تستند في أساسها إلى القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية وعمل الصحابة، وأن سد الذرائع متمم ومكمل للمصالح المرسلة، وبهما يتأكد سماحة الشريعة الإسلامية وسعتها وصلاحيتها لكل زمان ومكان من خلال: جلب المصالح وتكثيرها، ودرء المفاسد وتقليلها، وبيان الأثر البالغ لها في احتواءها للمستجدات والنوازل الفقهية في شتى المجالات لا سيما الاجتماعية من خلال تنوع مصادر الاجتهاد والاستنباط.

Abstract of the research: This research aims to demonstrate the great importance of the evidence of bridging the pretexts, and then applying them to some contemporary social models. I followed in this research the inductive and analytical approach. The research contained an introduction, three sections and a conclusion, in the first and second sections I talked about the truth of the evidence of bridging pretexts, indicating the definition, the pillars, the conditions and the sections. The third section was applied to some social models and the extent to which the controls were achieved to block the pretexts in them, and began by mentioning applied models from the Qur’an, then the Sunnah, then the contemporary reality and included three models: "Hajj and Umrah in light of the spread of the Corona virus (Covid 19 -)", and Qat In Yemen and the Prophet’s birthday,concluded with the most important objective results, the most prominent of which are:
The blocking pretexts is a legitimate argument based on the Holy Qur’an, the Prophet’s Sunnah and the work of the Companions, blocking pretexts is complementary to the absolute benefits, and with them the tolerance, expansion and validity of Islamic Sharia is confirmed for every time and place through : Bringing benefits and increasing them, warding off and minimizing evils, and explaining the profound impact of them in containing the new developments and jurisprudential calamities in various fields, especially the social, through a variety of sourcesof Ijtihad, deduction including evidence bridging pretexts.
