تناولت هذه الدراسة خيار الدولة الواحدة كخيار لتسوية الصراع الفلسطيني الإسرائيلي، بعد فشل خيار حل الدولتين عقب انغلاق أفق التسوية ووصول عملية السلام لطريق مسدود نتيجة صعود اليمين القومي والديني لسدة الحكم في إسرائيل، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي للتأصيل والبحث عن مفهوم الدولة الواحدة في الفكر السياسي الفلسطيني. المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف تحليل مفهوم الدولة الواحدة كرؤية لتسوية الصراع الفلسطيني- الإسرائيلي، القائم على فكرة اتحاد الشعبين في دولة واحدة ديمقراطية، عقب القضاء على الدولة الصهيونية والعنصرية. وبينت الدراسة الفرق بين الدولة الواحدة والدولة الديمقراطية والدولة ثنائية القومية، وأوضحت الركائز التي يبنى عليها طرح الدولة الواحدة كخيار للتسوية من وجهة نظر أصحاب هذا الخيار، والصعوبات والتحديات التي تحول دون تطبيقه، كما أوضحت أهمية خيار حل الدولتين كأساس للتسوية رغم صعوبة تحقيقه، وأظهرت أن حل الدولة الواحدة كخيار للتسوية مع إسرائيل، رغم أهميته من الناحية الفكرية، حيث يساهم في وضع إسرائيل في مأزق بين ديمقراطيتها وعنصريتها، في ظل تراجع فرص التسوية وفق مبدأ حل الدولتين، إلا أنه خيار للتسوية لا يمكنه أن يمثل مخرجًا لأزمة فشل مسار التسوية وتراجع فرص تطبيق حل الدولتين، في ظل استمرار إسرائيل في تثبيت حقائق الجديدة على الأرض عبر الاستيطان والتهويد ومصادرة الأراضي. وتوصلت الدراسة لنتيجة أن حل الدولة الواحدة بالإضافة لصعوبة تطبيقه من الناحية العملية ينطوي على مخاطر عديدة تتعلق بنسف الهوية الفلسطينية والسردية التاريخية للشعب الفلسطيني والمكتسبات التي تحققت في المنظومة الدولية، وسوف يعني أيضًا التخلي طواعية عن قرارات الشرعية والقانون الدولي التي تمثل حصانة للطرف الفلسطيني في مواجهة إسرائيل كدولة فوق القانون الدولي.

This study dealt with the one-state option as an option for settling the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, after the failure of the two-state solution after the settlement horizon closed and the peace process reached a dead end as a result of the rise of the national and religious right to power in Israel. . The analytical descriptive approach to describe the analysis of the concept of one state as a vision for settling the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, based on the idea of the union of the two peoples in one democratic state, following the elimination of the Zionist and racist state.
The study showed the difference between a single state, a democratic state, and a binational state, and clarified the pillars on which the one-state proposition as an option for settlement is built from the point of view of the owners of this option, and the difficulties and challenges that prevent its implementation. The one-state solution as an option for a settlement with Israel, despite its importance from an intellectual point of view, as it contributes to placing Israel in a dilemma between its democracy and its racism, in light of the declining chances of a settlement according to the principle of the two-state solution. However, it is an option for a settlement that cannot represent a way out of the crisis of the failure of the settlement path and the decline of chances Implementation of the two-state solution, in light of Israel's continued establishment of new realities on the ground through settlements, Judaization, and land confiscation.
The study concluded that the one-state solution, in addition to the difficulty of implementing it in practice, involves many risks related to undermining the Palestinian identity, the historical narrative of the Palestinian people, and the gains that have been achieved in the international system. as a state above international law
