جاءت هذه الدراسة لأيجاد علاج لمرضى الكورونا والشفاء من مرض COVID-19
ومن خلال الدراسة وجد انه عند ايجاد علاج مثبط للجينات cellular attachment factor (ACE2) and the cellular protease (TMPRSS2 )
الموجودة على سطح العديد من الخلايا في جسم الانسان وهذه الجينات تشفر لمستقبلات على خلايا عديدة في جسم الانسان والتي عن طريق هذه المستقبلات يدخل فايروس كورونا فهو المنفذ لدخول الفايروس كورونا الى داخل الخلايا وتسخير الحامض النووي للخلايا جسم الانسان للتشفير الى جينات الفايروس.
فعند ايجاد مثبط من خلال استخدام جهاز qRT-PCR لعمل هذه المستقبلات سوف يمنع من دخول الفايروس الى داخل الخلايا التي تشمل الخلايا المناعية، خلاي الرئتين، خلايا الكبد، خلايا العصبية، وخلايا القلبية.

This study came to find a cure for corona patients and recovery from Covid-19 disease. And through a study, it was found that when a treatment is found that inhibits the genes cellular attachment factor (ACE2) and the cellular protease TMPRSS2 present on many cells
in the human body and these genes encode for receptors on many cells in the human body, and through these receptors the Corona virus enters, as it is the outlet for the Corona virus to enter the cells and harness the DNA of the cells of the human body to code for the genes of the virus When an inhibitor is found for the work of these receptors, it will prevent the virus from entering the cells. The cells on which these receptors are located are immune cells, interstitials of the lungs, liver cells, nerve cell and cardiac cells.
