هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة عمران في ضوء معايير الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي من وجهة نظرهم، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحث بإعداد وتطوير استبانة كأداة للدراسة اشتملت على ست محاور رئيسة يندرج تحت كل مجال منها (10) فقرات تمثل الاحتياجات التدريبية للمجال، طبقت على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس تكونت من (36) عضواً مثلت (33%) من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (106) عضواً، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن جميع الاحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس حصلت على درجة احتياج كبيرة، تصدرت الاحتياجات التدريبية في مجال التدريس على المرتبة الأولى، وأوصت الدراسة ضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية في كافة المحاور.

This study has aimed to determine the Training needs of the faculty members of Amran University in light of the quality criteria for academic accreditation from their own view, It followed the descriptive approach، and to achieve its goal، the researcher prepared and developed a questionnaire as a tool. The tool of study has included six main fields (Teaching، Management، Technology، Research، Community Services، Assessment and Evaluation) ، there are (10) items under each field، which represent the training needs of the field with a total of (60) items, It applied to a sample of the faculty members of Amran University. The sample consisted of (36) members، representing (33%) of the study population. They are (106) members. The results of the study had showed that the training needs got a great degree of need for the faculty members at the university، finally the study recommended that training courses should be held in all fields.
