الملخص :
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين مهارة ريادة الأعمال وكل من الوظائف التنفيذية و رأس المال النفسي لدى شباب الخريجين ، وكذلك الكشف عن الفروق في مهارة ريادة الأعمال في ضوء متغير النوع (ذكور –أناث) ، وكذلك الكشف عن دور متغيرات الدراسة في التنبؤ بمهارة ريادة الأعمال لدى شباب الخريجين ، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المقارن لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ، تكونت عينة البحث من عينة من شباب الخريجين ، وكان عددهم (305 ) فردا من الذكور والاناث ، تتراوح اعمارهم ما بين ( 21 – 24) سنة ، وللتحقق من ذلك تم تطبق ثلاث مقاييس هم : مقياس الوظائف التنفيذية ( تعريب الباحثة )، ومقياس رأس المال النفسي ( اعداد الباحثة ) ، ومقياس مهارة ريادة الاعمال ( اعداد الباحثة ) ، توصلت نتائج الدراسة الي وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية موجبة بين مهارة ريادة الاعمال والوظائف التنفيذية لدي عينة من شباب الخريجين ، وأسفرت ايضا عن جود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية موجبة بين مهارة ريادة الاعمال ورأس المال النفسي لدي عينة من شباب الخريجين ، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطي درجات مهارة ريادة الاعمال وفقا لمتغير النوع ( ذكور – إناث ) لدي شباب الخريجين لصالح الذكور ، وأسفرت النتائج أيضاً عن إسهام الوظائف التنفيذية ورأس المال النفسي في التنبؤ بمهارة ريادة الأعمال لدى شباب الخريجين ، والقت الدراسة الضوء علي ضرورة الاهتمام بالوظائف التنفيذية ورأس المال النفسي بهدف الوصول الي مستوي مرتفع من مهارة ريادة الاعمال.

Abstract:
The current study aimed to study the relationship between executive functions and entrepreneurship skill, identify the relationship between psychological capital and entrepreneurial skill in a sample of graduate youth, and reveal gender differences in entrepreneurship skill, and the extent of predictability of entrepreneurship skill through executive functions and capital Psychological, and the researcher used the descriptive comparative approach to achieve the objectives of the study, the research sample consisted of a sample of young graduates, and their number was (305) individuals, males and females, their ages ranged between (21-24) years, and to verify this, Three scales were applied: Executive functions (Arabization of the researcher), psychological capital scale (prepared by the researcher), and entrepreneurship skill scale (prepared by the researcher). Positive statistical significance between entrepreneurship skill and psychological capital in a sample of graduate youth, while there are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of entrepreneurship skill according to the gender variable (males , females) for graduate students in favor of meals, and the entrepreneurship skill can be predicted through (executive jobs and psychological capital) among graduates youth, and the study shed light on the need to pay attention to executive jobs and psychological capital in order to reach a high level of entrepreneurial skill Business.
