يتناول البحث دراسة تأثير علم أصول الفقه في تدوين علم أصول النحو، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والمقارن، ويهدف إلى معرفة التفاعل بين علمي أصول الفقه وأصول النحو، وأيهما أسبق، وأيهما أثّر في الآخر، ومن أهم نتائجه أن بداية التأليف في أصول الفقه كان في القرن الثاني في زمن الشافعي(ت 204هـ) الذي وضع علم أصول الفقه وأرسى قواعده، بينما في أصول النحو كان في القرن الرابع الهجري، فالتأليف في أصول الفقه أسبق زمانا منه في أصول النحو، فبالنسبة للنحو فابن السراج (ت316ه) أول من أطلق مصطلح أصول النحو في كتابه "الأصول في النحو"، وابن جني (ت392هـ) أول من توسّع في شرحها في كتابه "الخصائص"، والأنباري ( ت577ه) أول من صنف كتابا مستقلا بهذه الأصول في كتابه "لمع الأدلة في أصول النحو" ، والسيوطي (ت911ه) أول من جمع جهود النحاة السابقين وأضاف إليها، ورتبها في كتابه" الاقتراح في علم أصول النحو.

Abstract
The subject of the research deals with the study of the impact of the science of Jurisprudence principles on the codification of the science of grammar principles . To achieve this, the descriptive and the comparative approaches were used. The research aims to know the interaction between the sciences of jurisprudence principles and the principles of grammar, and which of them precedes and which has an effect on the other. One of the most important results is that the beginning of authorship in the principles of jurisprudence was in The second century, while in the principles of grammar, was in the fourth century. Authoring in the principles of jurisprudence is earlier than the authoring in the principles of grammar, and the one familiar with the principles of jurisprudence knows that the science of the grammar principles was taken from jurisprudence principles as a template for it, and the evidence for this is that the grammatical works on the principles of grammar were written in the time of al-Shafi’i (204H). The one who developed the science of jurisprudence principles and laid its foundations, and this indicates that the science of jurisprudence principles preceded the science of grammar principles, and therefore the first was influential in the second, not the opposite. As for grammar, Ibn Al-Sarraj(316H) was the first to use the term the principles of grammar in his book Origins In Grammar. Ibn Al-Jinni (392H) was the first to elaborate on these principles in his book (Al-Khasais) and Al-Anbari (577H) was the first to write a separate and authored book on these principles, along the lines of the principles of jurisprudence in his book (Lama Al-Adil fi Usul Alnahu), and Al-Suyuti (911H) was the first to collect the efforts of the previous grammarians on the principles of grammar and added to them, and arranged them in his book “The Proposal in the Science of Gramma ‘’.
