تعتبر مسألة النفس الانسانية من المسائل الفلسفية التي أولاها الفلاسفة عناية كبيرة مُنْذ أقدم العصور وعالجوا قضاياها في مؤلفاتهم ، وكانت لهم فيها أراء متفاوتة ومختلفة فيما بينهم، لان معرفة النفس هي مفتاحاً لمعرفة الله سبحانه وتعالى، ومتى ما عرف الانسان نفسه التي بها ذاته عرف ربه الذي استخلفه في الارض، وتأتي أهمية الدراسة في كونها تبين كيف أن ابن سينا؛ استمد نظريته حول النفس الإنسانية من الفلسفة اليونانية إلى جانب تداخل الدين الإسلامي، وكيف استطاع أن يؤثر بعمق في الفلاسفة اللاحقين من بعده وخاصة الغزالي الذي تأثر به في العديد من الجوانب النفسية كتعريفه للنفس وتقسيمه لقوى النفس الثلاث، وضمن هذا الإطار فإن أراء ابن سينا كانت لا تخلو من النفحات الصوفية، فنجده ينظر إلى الإنسان وماهيته نظرة روحية, ونظراً لطبيعة البحث الماثل بين أيدينا، والذي يهدف إلى تبيين فكر ابن سينا في النفس الإنسانية وعلاقتها بالبدن و حول إثبات وجودها وتقسيماتها وعن كيفية تحصيلها السعادة في الاخرة واكتساب الفضائل، عليه فقد أوكل الأمر إلى توظيف المنهج الوصفي، وفي إطاره سيتم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي الذي سيتم تطبيقه في الهيكلية البنيوية للبحث، لتتحدد القيمة العلمية لمذهب ابن سينا في النفس الانسانية وتبرز مكانته بين غيره من الفلاسفة السابقين.

importance of the study comes in that it shows how Ibn Sina; He derived his theory about the human soul from Greek philosophy as well as the intertwining of the Islamic religion, and how he was able to profoundly influence the philosophers that followed after him, especially Al-Ghazali, who was influenced by him in many psychological aspects, such as his definition of the soul and its division of the three forces of the soul, and within this framework, Ibn Sina's opinions were not devoid of mystical notes We find him looking at man and what he is a spiritual view, and given the nature of the research present in our hands, which aims to clarify Ibn Sina’s thought on the human soul and its relationship to the body, about proving its existence and its divisions, and how to attain happiness in the hereafter and acquire virtues.
