ملخص البحث
يهدف البحث إلى بيان الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بمسائل الصلاة في الفنادق المحيطة بالحرم, والصلاة في ساحات الحرم.
وقد انتظم البحث في مقدمة، وتمهيد ، وستة مباحث, وخاتمة. المقدمة تضمنت: أهمية البحث, وأهدافه, ومنهجه, وتقسيماته, والدراسات السابقة, والتمهيد تناولت فيه تعريف النوازل والاقتداء, وحكم الاقتداء, وشروط صحته, وأقسام نوازل الاقتداء, وفضل إقامة الصفوف وحكمها.
المبحث الأول: أهم المسائل التي تتخرج عليها مسائل البحث.
المبحث الثاني: الصلاة في الفنادق والمحلات القريبة من المسجد الحرام إذا اتصلت إليها الصفوف.
المبحث الثالث: الاقتداء بالإمام في الفنادق والأبراج المطلة على المسجد الحرام في حال الرؤية والسماع معاً.
المبحث الرابع: الاقتداء بالإمام في الفنادق الغير مطلة على المسجد الحرام حال السماع فقط ( عبر مكبرات الصوت).
المبحث الخامس: الصلاة في ساحات المسجد الحرام.
المبحث السادس: الاقتداء بإمام المسجد الحرام خلف المذياع أو التلفاز.
الخاتمة: وذكرتُ فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها. وأخيرًا ذيَّلت البحث بفهرس المحتويات؛ ليسهل الوصول للمراد.

Research Summary
The research aims to clarify the jurisprudential rulings related to the issues of prayer in the hotels surrounding the Haram, and prayer in the courtyards of the Haram.
The research was organized in an introduction, a preface, six sections, and a conclusion. The introduction included: the importance of the research, its objectives, methodology, divisions, previous studies, and the preamble dealt with the definition of calamities and emulation, the rule of emulation, the conditions of its validity, the sections of calamities of emulation, and the virtue of establishing classes and their ruling.
The first topic: the most important issues on which research issues graduate.
The second topic: praying in hotels and shops near the Grand Mosque if the rows call them.
The third topic: following the example of the imam in hotels and towers overlooking the Grand Mosque in the event of seeing and hearing together.
The fourth topic: following the example of the imam in hotels that do not overlook the Grand Mosque when hearing only (through loudspeakers).
The fifth topic: prayer in the courtyards of the Grand Mosque.
The sixth topic: following the example of the Imam of the Grand Mosque behind the radio or television.
Conclusion: In which I mentioned the most important findings I reached. Finally, I appended the search with the index of contents, to facilitate access to the desired.
