يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على القسامة والفاظها، والحكمة من مشروعيتها، وللقسامة شروط انقسمت إلى قسمين: شروط متفق عليها، وشروط مختلف فيها, تم توضيحها بإيجاز, وأيضاً من أهداف البحث: التعرف على مشروعية القسامة, وخلاف الفقهاء فيها, وأيضاً هَدَف إلى معرفة من توجه إليهم إيمان القسامة هل هم المدعين أم المدعى عليهم؟, ثم بينت في البحث من هم الأولياء الذين لهم حق الحلف في القسامة؟, وإذا وجد القتيل في دار قوم ولاتوجد بينة فما رأي الفقهاء في ذلك؟
وأخيراً هدف البحث إلى معرفة مايثبت بالقسامة من قود، أو دية، ومعرفة الراجح من أقوال الفقهاء فيها.
ثم ختمت بالنتائج للبحث.
