في ظل متغيرات مناخية شديدة الخطورة والتي تنذر بعواقب تؤثر سلبًا على دول وشعوب العالم أجمع، يتجه المجتمع الدولي بجميع أطيافه نحو الاهتمام بقضايا التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة وذلك من خلال العمل على تقليل حجم الانبعاثات الضارة والحفاظ على درجة حرارة الكون من الارتفاع لما لهذه التغيرات من أثار اقتصادية بالغة الضرر، ليبحث العالم اليوم عن فرص تنمية اقتصادية بديلة واستثمارات خضراء صديقة للبيئة من خلال حشد الجهود ووضع خطط وبرامج متنوعة لتوليفة جديدة باستخدام الأدوات المالية والاقتصادية لتمويل عمليات التحول إلى اقتصاد أكثر حفاظًا على البيئة, ليأتي دور مصر وسط هذا الحشد الدولي للعمل من خلال إستراتيجية وطنية جادة نحو هذا التحول إيمانًا بأهمية تحقيق التنمية المستدامة دون انتقاص حق الأجيال القادمة من تلك التنمية، حيث تم العمل حول إيجاد وسائل استثمارية غير تقليدية تسمح لها بالتنمية المطلوبة وتقليل الهدر البيئي بأثار أقل وطأة من ذي قبل، وقد انعكس ذلك على حجم المشروعات والبرامج التى تضعها مصر فى خطتها للتنمية الاقتصادية مستقبلًا سواء من حيث الهدف لخفض الانبعاثات الضارة أو لجذب المزيد من فرص الاستثمار الأخضر، وذلك لما تمتلكه مصر من مقومات تنظيمية وتشريعية وإمكانات لتحقيق هذا الغرض.

In light of very dangerous climate variables that portend consequences that negatively affect the countries and peoples of the whole world, the international community in all its spectrums is moving towards paying attention to sustainable economic development issues by working to reduce the volume of harmful emissions and maintain the temperature of the universe from rising due to the very harmful economic effects of these changes, so that the world today is looking for alternative economic development opportunities and environmentally friendly green investments by mobilizing efforts and developing various plans and programs for a new combination using tools Financial and economic to finance the transition to a more environmentally friendly economy, so that Egypt’s role comes in the midst of this international mobilization to work through a serious national strategy towards this transformation believing in the importance of achieving sustainable development without detracting from the right of future generations of that development, where finding means of non-traditional investment has been done to allow the required development and reduce environmental waste with less severe effects than before, and this has been reflected in the size of projects and programs that Egypt puts in its development plan economic in the future, whether in terms of the goal to reduce harmful emissions or to attract more green investment opportunities due to what Egypt possesses of regulatory and legislative elements and capabilities to achieve this purpos
