أجريت الدراسة للمدة من من شهر كانون الاول 2013 لغاية تشرين الثاني 2014 وقد تضمنت دراسه تأثير متعدد السكريات المحفظي ( K - Antigen) Capsular المستخلص من بكتريا Klebsiella Pneumoniae على الاستجابة المناعية في ذكور الارانب البيض النيوزلندية المصابة بطفيلي Entamoeba histolytica المسبب لداء الزحار الاميبي Amoebic dysentry وذلك بالاعتماد على عدة معايير شملت دراسة التغيرات الحاصلة في مستويات تراكيز المحركات الخلوية الخاصة بعملية البلعمة وعرض المستضد و المناعة الخلوية المتمثلة بالانترفيرون كاما IFN-γ ، والبين ابيضاض-10 IL –10) ) interleukin و البين ابيضاض 12 (IL –12) ومعامل البلعمة و عيوشية خلايا PMNs والخلايا اللمفية والتشكل الزهري التائي الفعال والكلي والبائي ومعامل انقسام خلايا نخاع العظم وتفاعل ارثس وفرط الحساسية الاجل والاستجابة المناعية الخلطية المتمثلة بالكلوبيولينات المناعية النوعية IgG, IgM باستخدام تقنية الإليزا وقد توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى ارتفاع كل المؤشرات المناعيه بعد التمنيع بالمستضد واستمرار ارتفاعهم بعد الخمج بالطفيلي وتبين من الدراسة الحالية امكانية استخدام السكر المتعدد المستخلص من بكتريا Klebsiella Pneumoniae بوصفه معدلاً مناعياً مؤثراً لتحفيز كل من المناعة الطبيعية والمكتسبة ضد الخمج بداء الزحار الاميبي في الارانب البيض.

Conducted this study for the duration from the December 2013 until November 2014. and our study have included extrated capsular polysaccharide (K-Antigen) from Klepsiella pneumoniae and study chireffection the immune response in Neusland albino rabbits(male) infected whith Entamoeba histolytica that cause amoebic dysentery disease depending on several criteria, including study the changes in variables cytokineetics concentration levels that response on phagocytosis and antigen presenting proscess like INF-Y, IL-10 and IL-12 and phagocytosis coefficienit, and B T cells PMNs and lymphocytes cell life span, the T and B rossite formation test the miotic index factor for bone marrow cell Arthus reaction, dilayed hypersensitivity, measure the humoral immune response that responsting by immunoglobulins like IgG, IgM using ELISA Technic.
And The current study accessed to elevated all immuniyy indicator after immunization with (k) antigen and also continue in elavation after the infection with parasite,and we indicated from this study the possibility to use the capsular polysacchride (k antigen) that extracted from Klebsiella pneumoniae as immunological modificicatory that can stimulate both innate (natural)and acquiredimmunity agnest amoebic dysentery infection in white rabbite.
