هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة المعلمين المستوى الرابع في جميع الأقسام العلمية والإنسانية بكلية التربية جامعة ذمار أثناء فترة التطبيق الميداني بمدارس التعليم العام التابعة لمديرية مدينة ذمار من وجهة نظرهم، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة أعد الباحث استبانة تتضمن أهم المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة المعلمين خلال فترة التطبيق الميداني للتربية العملية بالمدارس مكونة من (47) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات وهي بالترتيب (مشكلات تتعلق ببرنامج التربية العملية، مشكلات تتعلق بالمشرف الأكاديمي، مشكلات تتعلق بالطالب المعلم، مشكلات تتعلق بمدرسة التطبيق، مشكلات تتعلق بالمعلم المتعاون)، وبعد التحقق من صلاحية أداة الدراسة تم تطبيقها على عينة من الطلبة المعلمين من الأقسام العلمية والإنسانية بلغ عددهم (124) طالباً وطالبة، في العام الجامعي 2021/2022م، وأظهرت النتائج أن أهم المشكلات التي واجهتهم أثناء التطبيق الميداني للتربية العملية بالدرجة الأولى هي المتعلقة بمدرسة التطبيق، تليها المتعلقة بالطالب المعلم نفسه، تليها المتعلقة بالمعلم المتعاون، تليها المتعلقة بالمشرف الأكاديمي، ثم المتعلقة ببرنامج التربية العملية، وكذلك لوحظ وجود فروق بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير النوع لصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير التخصص.

Abstract:
This study aimed to find out the most important problems facing fourth-level student teachers in all scientific and human departments at the Faculty of Education, Thamar University, during the period of field application in public education schools related to Thamar City Directorate, from their point of view. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire that included the most important problems facing student teachers during the period of field application of practical education in schools. It consisted of (47) items distributed over five areas, which are in order (problems related to the practical education program, problems related to the academic supervisor, problems related to the student teacher, problems related to the school of application, and problems related to the cooperating teacher). After verifying the validity of the study tool, it was applied to a sample of student teachers from the scientific and human departments, numbering (124) male and female students, in the academic year 2021/2022. The results showed that the most important problems they faced during the field application of practical education in the first place were related to the school of application, followed by those related to the student teacher himself, followed by those related to the cooperating teacher, followed by those related to the academic supervisor, and finally those related to the practical education program. It was also noted that there were differences among the average estimates of the members of the study sample due to the variable of gender in favor of females, and the absence of differences due to the variable of specialization.
