تهْدف هذه الدِّراسة بأنَّها تتناول أثر الخِطاب الدِّيني على الفرد والمجتمع الليبي، وقد اخْترت هذا البحث اسْتناداً إلى الإشْكالية الرَّئيسة الآتية:
الخطاب الديني ومواصفاته ودوره اتجاه الاستفزاز السياسي أو القبلي المستمر بين بعض أبناء المجتمع الليبي، وتهدف الدِّراسة إلى إبراز موْضُوعات الخطاب الدِّيني في تعزيز الهوية الوطنية، كما توضح تأْثير الخطاب الدِّيني على الفرد والمجتمع، وتتناول إقصاء العصبية والدَّعوة للْمصالحة، ونشر ثقافة السِّلم الأهْلي، هذا وقد اعْتمد الباحث على المنهج التَّداولي، وهو الاعْتماد على الأدلة والشَّواهد المسْتنبطة من الخطاب الدِّيني، كما اعْتمد الباحث على المنهج النقدي، حيث يقف على سلبيات الخطاب الديني، ويعالجها بطريقة النقد، الذي يُساهم في تطور وابْتكار الخطاب الديني، وبناءً على ما تم ذكره تتولد نتائج هذه الدِّراسة، المُتمثِّلة في أن تطوير أدوات الخطيب والداعية يؤدي إلى بلوغ الهدف، في نشر ثقافة بناء الإنسان والمجتمع. كما توصل الباحث بأن تأثير الخطاب الديني يساهم في تغيير شعور وسلوك المتلقين للأفْضل، والظَّفر بتأييدهم من أجل رأب الصَّدع، وحماية المجتمع الليبي من الفتن والمحن.

This study aims to deal with the impact of religious discourse on the Libyan individual and society, and I chose this research based on the following main problem:
Religious discourse, its specifications, and its role towards the continuous political or tribal provocation among some members of the Libyan society, and the study aims to highlight the topics of religious discourse in strengthening national identity, as well as clarifying the impact of religious discourse on the individual and society, and deals with the exclusion of nervousness and the call for reconciliation, and the dissemination of a culture of civil peace. The researcher relied on the deliberative approach, which is reliance on the evidence and evidence deduced from the religious discourse, and the researcher relied on the critical approach, where he stands on the negative aspects of religious discourse, and treats them in the manner of criticism, which contributes to the development and innovation of religious discourse, and based on what was mentioned, the results of this The study, represented in the development of the preacher and preacher's tools, leads to achieving the goal of spreading the culture of building a person and society. The researcher also found that the influence of religious discourse contributes to changing the feeling and behavior of the recipients for the better, and gaining their support in order to bridge the rift and protect the Libyan .society from temptation and adversity
