يمر العالم العربي بلحظة تاريخية حرجة، بسبب العدوان الصهيوني المستمر على فلسطين منذ شهرين بمباركة الولايات المتحدة وغالبية الدول الأوربية، ولم يحدث من قبل أن شعرت الشعوب العربية بانعدام القدرة على فرض الاستقرار والسلام كما تشعر الآن. غير أن التاريخ يعلمنا أن الحلول الناجزة تُولَد من جوف الظلمة الخانقة، وأن امتلاك القوة الكافية وحيازة الثروة عبر مشروع تنموي وطني شامل ومستدام وتوزيعها بشكل عادل هو السبيل الوحيد للخروج من النفق أيا كان نوعه، مع مراعاة أن التجارب أحيانا تفشل لأنها تغفل عن تشكيل العقل الجمعي في الاتجاه الصحيح. ومن هول ما صنع المحتلون من فظائع في غزة وغيرها من المناطق الفلسطينية، ومن الانفعال المؤلم العاجز بُعِثت فكرة دعم المنتجات الوطنية في غالبية البلدان العربية، كسبيل لاستعادة القوة، تلك الفكرة التي طالما غاب تأثيرها في الحس المشترك، ونحاول في هذا المقال التقاط ارهاصات العقل الجمعي المصري حول دعم المنتجات الوطنية، ودراستها في ضوء مفهوم الأمن البشري التكاملي.

The Arab world is going through a critical historical moment, due to the ongoing Zionist aggression on Palestine for two months with the blessing of the United States and most European countries. Never before have Arab peoples felt the inability to impose stability and peace as they do now. However, history teaches us that effective solutions are born from the depths of stifling darkness, and that possessing sufficient power and wealth through a comprehensive and sustainable national development project and distributing it fairly is the only way out of the tunnel, whatever its type, taking into account that experiments sometimes fail because they neglect to form the collective mind in the right direction. From the horror of the atrocities committed by the occupiers in Gaza and other Palestinian areas, and from the painful and helpless emotion, the idea of supporting national products was raised in most Arab countries, as a way to restore strength, that idea whose impact has always been absent in common sense, and in this article we try to capture the harbingers of the Egyptian collective mind regarding supporting national products, and study them in light of the concept of integrated human security.
