تناولت هذه الدراسة دراسة الذكاء الاصطناعي من ناحية أساليب الذكاء الاصطناعي، وأبعاده، ومتطلبات تطبيقه، ومكوناته، وأهميته، ومقارنته مع الذكاء البشري وتوضيح بماذا يتميز كل منهما عن الآخر، كما تناولت الدراسة تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي. وقد هدفت الدراسة الى توضيح ما هو الدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير عملية اتخاذ القرار.
كما تناولت الدراسة الإدارة الالكترونية من ناحية أهدافها ونتائج تطبيقها، وقارنتها مع أسلوب الإدارة التقليدية وأوضحت كيف يمكن أن يساعد الانتقال من الإدارة التقليدية الى الإدارة الالكترونية على تطوير عملية اتخاذ القرار. وقد حاولت هذه الدراسة الإجابة على مجموعة من التساؤلات ووضعت مجموعة من الفرضيات وخلصت الى أن تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية يساعد في تطوير عملية اتخاذ القرار والتغلب على المشكلات التي كان يعاني متخذ القرار في الإدارات التقليدية، كما توصلت الدراسة الى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي من خلال تطبيقاته وأساليبه يمكن أن يساعد على تطوير عملية اتخاذ القرار وأن هناك تطبيقات في الذكاء الاصطناعي تناسب كل أنواع القرارات.

This study dealt with the study of artificial intelligence in terms of the methods of artificial intelligence، its dimensions، the requirements for its application، its components، its importance، and its comparison with human intelligence and clarification of what distinguishes each of them from the other. The study also dealt with the applications of artificial intelligence. The study aimed to clarify the role that artificial intelligence can play in developing the decision-making process.
The study also addressed electronic management in terms of its objectives and the results of its application، compared it with the traditional management method، and explained how the transition from traditional management to electronic management can help develop the decision-making process. This study attempted to answer a set of questions and developed a set of hypotheses and concluded that the application of electronic management helps in developing the decision-making process and overcoming the problems that the decision-maker was suffering from in traditional administrations. The study also concluded that artificial intelligence، through its applications and methods، can It helps to develop the decision-making process and that there are applications in artificial intelligence that suit all types of decisions
