إن كتاب "منهاج تدريس الفقه: دارسة تاريخية تربوية"، للدكتور مصطفى صادقي، دراسة علمية جامعة بين التجارب الفقهية التدريسية لعلماء الغرب الإسلامي، باعتبارها رافدا من روافد البناء الفكري التـربوي الإسلامي المعاصر، وبين محصلات الخبـرة التربوية المعاصرة، سعيا وراء ما قد يتوفر فيـها من الحكمة، وتطلعا إلى بناء نماذج تتَّصف بالأصالة والإبداع، وتقود إلى تطوير الواقع واستشراف المستقبل والقابلية للتطبيق.
وذلك بالانطلاق من ثلاثة إشكالات رئيسية:
- الأولى: تفكك منظومة العلوم الشرعية، وغياب الترابط المنهجي التدريسي بينها.
- الثانية: ضعف الإنتاج الفقهي المعاصر؛ معرفيا، ووظيفيا.
- الثالثة: غياب منهج واضح المعالم في تدريس الفقه.
كل ذلك من أجل الإسهام في رسم معالم منهاج إجرائي معاصر لتدريس الفقه، قابل للتطبيق في الجامعات والمعاهد التي تعنى بتدريس العلوم الشرعية.

The book ‘The Methodology of Teaching Jurisprudence: A Historical Educational Study’, by Dr Mustafa Sadeghi, is a scientific study that combines the jurisprudential teaching experiences of Western Islamic scholars as a tributary of contemporary Islamic educational thought and the outcomes of contemporary educational experience, in order to seek the wisdom that may be available in them and aspire to build models that are characterised by originality and creativity, leading to the development of reality, future prospects, and applicability.
This is done by starting from three prominent issues:
- The first one: The disintegration of the system of legal sciences and the absence of methodological coherence between them.
- Second: the weakness of contemporary jurisprudential production, both cognitively and functionally.
- The third: The absence of a clearly defined methodology in the teaching of jurisprudence.
All this in order to contribute to drawing the contours of a contemporary procedural curriculum for the teaching of jurisprudence that can be applied in universities and institutes that are concerned with the teaching of Shari'ah sciences.
