الملخص العربي
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى النظر في مدى فاعلية تقنية البلوك تشين ودورها في ضبط عرض النقود من منظور الاقتصاد الإسلامي، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي في عرض ومناقشة جزئياتها. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه يمكن لتقنية البلوك تشين أن تُؤدي دورًا مهمًّا في بناء نظام نقدي رقمي مركزي له القدرة على تتبع حركة النقد ومراقبته؛ للحد من السلوكيات السلبية المؤثرة على عرض النقود، كما يعمل أيضا على كبح معدلات الفائدة واستبعاد توليد النقود الائتمانية والاحتياطي النقدي والعديد من المعاملات الربوية.

This study aims to reveal the effectiveness of Blockchain Technology and its role in controlling of money supply from Islamic Economy perspectives, based on the descriptive and analytical approach in presenting and discussing its parts. The study concluded that Blockchain Technology can contribute to building a central digital cash system able in following and monitoring the movement of cash; for reducing the negative economic behaviors that affect the money supply, and works to curb interest rates and exclude Money creation, cash reserves, and many usurious transactions.

Résumé:
Cette étude vise à évaluer l'efficacité de la Technologie de la Blockchain et son rôle dans le régulation de la masse monétaire du point de vue de l'économie islamique, en se fondant sur l'approche descriptive et analytique pour présenter et discuter ses parties. L'étude a conclu que la Technologie de la Blockchain peut jouer un rôle important dans la mise en place d'un système monétaire numérique capable de suivre et de contrôler le mouvement de liquidités; Pour réduire les comportements négatifs affectant la masse monétaire, et s'emploie également à freiner les taux d'intérêt et à exclure la création de monnaie et de réserves de liquidités, ainsi que de nombreuses transactions usuraires.
