الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، وبعد:
فإنَّ موضوع التكافل الاجتماعي من المواضيع المهمة للغاية، لاسيما في أوقات الشدائد والأزمات، وقد حث الإسلام على التعاون والتكافل بين المسلمين، حتى إنه اعتبرهم كالجسد الواحد الذي إذا اشتكى منه عضو تداعى له سائر الأعضاء بالحمى والسهر، كما رغب في البذل والعطاء والإيثار وقضاء الحوائج، وكفالة الأرامل والأيتام، وشرع في سبيل ذلك أدوات، منها: الزكاة، ونفقة القريب الغني على قريبه الفقير، والوقف، والكفارات المالية بأنواعها، وأوجب على الدولة المسلمة رعاية الفقراء والمحتاجين، وبالرغم من ذلك فإننا نرى طغيان المادة في كثير من المجتمعات، والغلظة والجفاء في التعامل مع الفقراء والمساكين، وما له من أثر سيء على سلامة المجتمعات واستقرارها، مما يستوجب إعادة إبراز قضية التكافل الاجتماعي، وبيان أهميتها وأدواتها، وآثارها على صلاح المجتمع وأمانه واستقراره، مما دفعني لكتابة هذا البحث (التكافل الاجتماعي في الإسلام؛ ماهيته، أهميته، أدواته، دراسة مقارنة مع الأنظمة الاقتصادية المعاصرة). والمنهج المتبع فيه هو المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، والبحث يجيب على أسئلة، أبرزها: ما هو التكافل الاجتماعي؟ وما أهميته على المجتمعات والأفراد والأسر؟ وما هي أدوات تحقيقه؟ وكيف عالج الإسلام قضية التكافل الاجتماعي؟ وكيف عالجتها أنظمة اقتصادية معاصرة؛ كالنظام الرأسمالي أو الاشتراكي؟ وما سمات الضمان الاجتماعي في الأنظمة الاقتصادية المعاصرة؟. وهل هناك فرق بين التكافل الاجتماعي والضمان الاجتماعي؟.

Praise be to Allah, blessing and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah
The issue of social solidarity is one of the most important topics, especially in times of hardships and crisis. Islam has called for cooperation and solidarity among Muslims, and considered them as the one body in which if a member complained, the rest of the members would equally complain with fever and wakefulness. Islam has urged for sacrifice, giving, altruism and fulfilling needs of others, sponsoring widows and orphans.
Islamic law has established a set of tools for this mission, including: zakat, spending of a wealthy relative on his poor relative, endowment, and financial expiations of all kinds. It was obligatory for the Muslim state to take care of the poor and needy, and despite this, we see the tyranny of materialism in many societies, ruggedness and estrangement in dealing with the poor and the needy, which has a negative impact on the safety and stability of societies. This necessitates re-highlighting the issue of social solidarity, showing its importance, its tools, and its effects on the welfare, safety and stability of society, which prompted me to write this research "Social Solidarity in Islam: Definition, Importance, Tools: a comparative study with contemporary economic systems".
