يتناول هذا البحث ظاهرة المناداة إلى تجديد فهم النص القرآنيّ، والمقصد من هذه الدعوات تعطيل النصوص، وسلخ الأمة الإسلاميّة من أهم مصادر التشريع، وعن أحكامها بحيث يصبح مجرد نصوص تتلى من أجل البركة والقدسية، وقد أبان البحث أن رفض التجديد لا يعني تجديد الوسائل، وفقه النوازل، وأسلوب الخطاب القائم على الرفق والليّن والمجادلة بالأحسن، بل الدفاع عن أهم مورثات الأمة، ومنهاج حياتهم، ودستورهم التي ينعكس على سلوكهم، وعلى علاقاتهم الاجتماعيّة، والسياسيّة والاقتصاديّة، ولا يكون ذلك إلا بالفهم الصحيح للنّص القرآنيّ، وهذا من أهم مقاصد نزول القرآن.
ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة سلك الباحث المنهج الاستقرائيّ التحليليّ، وتوصّلت في خاتمة الدراسة إلى نتائج أهما:
• أن الكثيرين الذين نادوا بالتجديد للنص القرآنيّ أنهم يفهمون المصطلح على الأساس الفكريّ والثقافيّ، لا على أساس ضوابط السلف الصالح، فحصل بسبب ذلك من العبث بالشريعة.
• شبهة القائلين بالتجديد: إن تقديس التراث، وأقوال الرجال (الصحابة)، ومراعاةً للظروف الاجتماعيّة التي انتهت، لا يواكب العصر الحديث، بل يتحتم تطلب قراءة جديدة للقرآن.
• يؤدي عدم فهم القرآن إلى الاعتقاد بأن القرآن مخالف للحقائق التاريخيّة، كذلك يؤدي عدم فهم بعض الآيات إلى الشعور بأن القرآن فيه تناقض، كما يؤدي إلى تعطيل النصوص.

The suspicion of those who say renewal The reverence of the heritage and the sayings of the men (the Companions) and taking into account the social conditions that have ended, do not keep pace with the modern era, but must require a new reading of the Qur’an.
• Failure to understand the Qur’an leads to the belief that the Qur’an contradicts historical facts. Failure to understand some verses also leads to the feeling that the Qur’an is contradictory, as well as Disables evidence.
