تعد الهجرة الداخلية ظاهرة غير عشوائية، بحيث تتسبب عوامل الجذب والطرد في انتقاء المهاجرين حسب الفئات العمرية، النوع، الحالة الزواجية، مستوى التعليم، المهنة والنشاط الاقتصادي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مميزات المهاجرين (الهجرة الداخلية) بين الولايات في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1998-2008، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وطريقة الانحدار اللوجستي. سنحاول في عملنا تحديد خصائص المهاجرين الديموغرافية والاجتماعية، كما سنحاول التطرق للزيادة النسبية للمهاجرات الإناث، عندما نخص فئة المنتمين لأعمار العمل والإنتاج، توصلنا كذلك إلى أرجحية هجرة الاناث، العزاب والهجرة نحو المناطق الحضرية.
Abstract
Abstract : Internal migration is a non-random phenomenon, with attractions and expulsion leading to the selection of immigrants by age group, gender, marital status, level of education, occupation and economic activity. This study aims to highlight the characteristics of migrants (internal migration) between the states in Algeria during the period 1998-2008, using the analytical descriptive approach and logistic regression method. In our work, we will try to determine the characteristics of demographic and social migrants. We will also try to address the relative increase of female migrant workers when we refer to the category of working age and production, we found that probability of migration of women, singles to urban areas.
