يهدف البحث الحالي اقتراح تصور وفقاً لرؤية الباحثة يُؤمل أن يكون أنموذجاً عملياً استرشادياً، يُسهم في تعزيز ودعم دور القيادات الجامعية في تفعيل البرامج الإرشادية التربوية والنفسية في الجامعات الليبية، لتحقيق الأمن المجتمعي، نظراً لأهمية ما تُشكله هذه البرامج من دور فاعل في تعزيز مقومات التماسك المجتمعي لدى الطلبة، وما تُسهم به في إحداث التنمية الفكرية المتعلقة بالتوجيه المحفز؛ بما يحفظ الاعراف والقيم الاجتماعية ويوجه نحو تعزيز الانتماء والهوية والحفاظ على وحدة وتماسك المجتمع ويُحارب ويحد من السلوك المنحرف، وكل ما يهدد السلم والأمن المجتمعي، ويعتمد البحث الحالي على تحليل الأدبيات والدراسات التربوية التي تداولت أدوار القيادات التربوية في تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي من خلال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي التطويري، وفي ضوء تساؤلات الدراسة وأهدافها. ويُقدم البحث مجموعة توصيات أهمها ضرورة إنشاء هيئة من القيادات الأكاديمية تتحمل مسؤولية التخطيط للأمن المجتمعي عبر برامج الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي، ووضع الوسائل وتحديد سُبل تحقيقها تضم ممثلين عن الأجهزة الأمنية داخل الجامعة، ومختصي الشريعة والاخصائيين في علم النفس والتربية بالإضافة إلى علم الاجتماع.
Abstract
The research aims to propose a vision in accordance with the researcher’s vision that will hopefully contribute to strengthening and supporting the role of university leaders in activating educational and guidance programs in Libyan universities to achieve community security, given the importance of the effective role these programs play in strengthening the elements of community cohesion among students And intellectual development related to guidance in a way that preserves social norms and values and is directed towards strengthening belonging and identity, preserving the unity and cohesion of society, and combating and reducing deviant behavior, and everything that threatens community peace and security. The current research is based on an analysis of educational literature that discussed the roles of educational leaders in achieving community security through... The descriptive analytical developmental approach, in light of the study’s questions and objectives. The research presents a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to establish a body of academic leaders that bears responsibility for planning community security through psychological and educational counseling programs, and to develop means and determine ways to achieve them. It includes representatives of the security services within the university, Sharia specialists, and specialists in psychology and education, in addition to sociology.
