Mohamed SOLTANE (Prof. Dr.) received the M.Eng. degree in Electronics from Badji-Mokhtar University of Annaba-Algeria, in 1995 and the M.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UKM Malaysia in 2005, and the Ph.D. degrees in Electronics from Badji-Mokhtar University of Annaba-Algeria, in 2010. He is currently a Professor at Electrical Engineering & Computing Department, Faculty of Sciences & Technology, DOCTOR YAHIA FARES UNIVERSITY OF MEDEA, ALGERIA. His research interests include statistical pattern recognition, biometric authentication, cryptography and quantum computing, computer vision and machine learning and microcomputer based system design…
