الملخص:
يمتد الاهتمام بالتوجيه المدرسي في الجزائر إلى أمرية 16 أفريل 1976، والتي جاءت لتؤسس لنظام تربوي جزائري محض، على غرار كل المنظومات التربوية في العالم، حيث ظهرت كأول خطاب تربوي رسمي بدأ يؤسس لهذه العملية البالغة الحساسية كونها تعنى من جهة برغبات الأفراد وطموحاتهم ومن جهة أخرى بمتطلبات المجتمع التنموية من خلال سوق العمل ، إلا أن الاهتمام بالتوجيه المدرسي في الدول المتقدمة أو عالميا كان في أوائل سنوات القرن الماضي، وبالضبط يعود إلى سنة 1914 حين أشار العالم الأمريكي ترومان كيلي (Truman Kelly) إلى إدخال هذه العملية الجوهرية في قلب النظام التربوي في أمريكا من أجل زيادة كفاءة هذا النظام، بعد أن كان قد سبقه إلى ذلك العالم فرانك بارسونز (Frank Paressons) الذي ناقش رسالة حول عملية التوجيه المهني في جامعة كولومبيا الأمريكية سنة 1908، ولئن بدأ الحلم الأمريكي بريادة نظامه التربوي للنظم التربوية في العالم أوائل القرن الماضي لم يبدأ الاهتمام بهذه العملية في الجزائر إلا في نهاية القرن ذاته، وعلى وجه الدقة مع أول منشور رسمي ظهر مستحدثا منصب مستشار التوجيه في مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي سنة 1991 على كافة التراب الوطني، حيث لا تزال هذه العملية لم تعرف صيغة نهائية إلى غاية اليوم، ولذا سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال معرفة حيثيات هذه العملية ومختلف ما يواجهها من تحديات وصعوبات في حقل الواقع الاجتماعي المدرسي.

Summary :
The importance of educational guidance in Algeria began as early as the ordinance of April 16, 1976 which came to constitute a particular Algerian educational system like the other educational systems in the world, where it appeared at first in the form of an official educational speech.
This operation considers very sensitive and important because on one side, it is based around the desires and ambitions of individuals and on the other hand, on the demands and needs of social and economic development of the country.
But solicitude for educational guidance in developed countries began from the beginning of the last century, exactly in 1914 when American researcher "Truman Kelly" thought to use this main operation in the base of the American education system in the United States. objective to increase the skills of the latter. But in reality it was the scholar "Frank Paressons" who preceded when he began the operation of orientation in his research thesis in 1908.
So the American dream of flying the world with its education system started very early. When Algeria has thought about it only in recent years and to clarify; the position of counselor appeared only in 1991 in Algerian high schools.
This is why the operation is still at the beginning in Algeria; and for that we have seen that it is necessary to speak in this article of the educational orientation and all the obstacles and the challenges that it has faced in the social reality and school.
