اخذت العديد من الدول على عاتقها مبادرات لتطوير طرق وأدوات قياس أداء نظمها الصحية وقامت بتوجيه جهودها لتحسين مستوى الخدمات الصحية التي تقدمها لسكانها وهذا لما تعكسه الصحة من اهمية في تحقيق تنمية المجتمع واستقراره.
الهدف من هذا البحث تقييم مستوى اداء النظام الصحي الجزائري، وعرض اهم النتائج التي حققها في السنوات الاخيرة وكذا اهم نقاط الضعف التي يعاني منها والتي شكلت عراقيل لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة منه، ذلك للفت الانتباه لأهمية متابعة وتطوير الطرق المتبعة في تقييم أداءه.

Several countries supported a number of initiatives to develop methods and tools to measure the performance of its systems by directing their efforts toward improving the level of health services to its people and this because of the importance of health to the achievement of the development of the society and its stability.
The objective of this research is the assessment of the level of performance of the health system in Algeria, and the presentation of key results that have been achieved in recent years and weaknesses from which it suffers and which are obstacles for the achievement of the targets set, drawing attention to the importance of following and developing the methods used in evaluating its performance.
