انتشر الشّذوذ الجنسي في المجتمعات الغربيّة انتشارًا واسعًا، ولاقى من مناصريه دفاعًا وترويجًا، وبثّوا سمومه إلى بلاد المسلمين، فبرز نشطاء مسلمون يناصرونه، ويدافعون عنه، ويطعنون في النّصوص الشّرعيّة الّتي تحرّمه ! يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان وتوضيح أبرز مسوّغات مناصري الشّذوذ الجنسي، وتحليلها، ثمّ عرضها على نصوص الشّريعة الإسلاميّة، وأقوال الفقهاء؛ لبيان بطلانها، وتفنيدها، وإثبات أنّ هذا السّلوك الإجرامي انحراف أخلاقيّ غير مقبول شرعًا ولا عرفًا، وإبراز مفاسده ومضارّه وأثره على المجتمع. وخلُص البحث إلى النّتائج الآتية: إنّ أبرز مسوّغات مناصري الشّذوذ الجنسي ما يأتي: أنّه يوافق الفطرة السّليمة الّتي فطر الله النّاس عليها، وتمّ تفنيدها بأنّ الله -تعالى- خلق النّاس على فطرة سليمة، لا تميل إلّا إلى الخير والسّلوك الحسن، والقيم الأخلاقيّة الّتي دعا إليها الإسلام، وتنأى عن الخبائث والرّذائل والأشياء المستقبحة، كالزّنا واللّواط والسّحاق. كما زعموا أنّ القرآن الكريم والسّنّة النّبويّة لم يحرّما الشّذوذ الجنسي، وتمّ تفنيدها بأنّ الآيات القرآنيّة والأحاديث النّبويّة صريحة بتحريم هذا الفعل القبيح، واستدلّوا بأدلّة نقليّة وعقليّة تجيز الشّذوذ الجنسي، وتمّ تفنيدها والرّدّ عليها بأقوال العلماء، وبإبراز صفحات من التّاريخ المشرق تسطّر سيادة المسلمين ورقيّ حضارتهم بعلومهم وأخلاقهم النّبيلة، وبما توصّل إليه علم الطّبّ من آثار تنجم عن هذا السّلوك المنحرف.
الملخص الانجليزي
Homosexuality has spread widely in Western societies. It has been defended and promoted by the supporters and this poison has been spread to Muslim countries. Muslim activists have stood up for it. They defend it and even challenged the legal texts that prohibit this act. This research aims to identify, elucidate and analyse the main rationales of homosexual supporters. This research aims to review the legal texts of Islamic law and the sayings of jurists to demonstrate its invalidity and refute their argumentation. This is to demonstrate that this criminal behavior is an ethical and unacceptable deviation, thus highlighting its corruption, harms and impacts on society. This research found and discuss the following premises. The supporters opined that homosexuality is in line with the common fitrah created by Allah. This statement is invalid as the common fitrah that has been created by Allah to mankind only tend to be good things, kind behavior, moral values recommended by Islam. It excludes evils, vices, and immoral deeds like adultery, sodomy, and lesbianism. They also claimed that the noble Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet did not prohibit homosexuality. It is refuted by the explicit Qur’anic verses and prophetic sayings in prohibiting this ugly act. They also quoted evidence from revealed (naqli) and rational (aqli) knowledge that permitted homosexuality. It is refuted by the opinion of prominent scholars and highlighted history. The supremacy of Muslims and the progress of their civilization were underlined by their noble knowledge and morals, and the implications of medical science for this deviant behavior.
