الملخص :
هدف البحث الحالي الي : الكشف عن اضطرابات الشخصية لدي مرتفعي ومنخفضي الوصولية ( الميكيافيلية ) من الجنسين ، ودراسة العلاقة بين اضطرابات الشخصية والميكيافيلية لدي عينة البحث ،والكشف عما كان هناك فروق في الميكيافيلية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية ( النوع – مستوي التعليم – نوع العمل) ، تكونت عينة البحث من (130 ) من الذكور والاناث عمل حكومي وعمل خاص وتتراوح أعمارهم مابين (28-40) عاما واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس الشخصية الوصولية ( الميكيافيلية ) ، ومقياس اضطراب الشخصية ، و أسفرت النتائج عن : وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي الوصولية في اضطراب الشخصية لصالح مرتفعي الوصولية ، بينما لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة في الوصولية وفقا لمتغير النوع ( ذكور \ اناث)، كما لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة في الوصولية وفقا لمتغير نوع التعليم (مرتفع/منخفض) ،ومع ذلك وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة في الوصولية وفقا لمتغير نوع العمل (عام/خاص) لصالح الخاص

Abstract:
The research aimed to: the disclosure of personal disorders to portable respirometers warmers for ( Machiavellianism ) of gender equality, and to examine the relationship between personal disorders and ( Machiavellianism and among a sample of research, and reveal whether there were differences between the sexes (males - females) in Machiavellianism, formed a sample search of 130 male and female government action and the work of the particular, aged between 28-40 years .researcher used personal scale ( Machiavellianism ), and personality disorder scale
The results: there are differences with statistical significance between averages of the degrees of sample study in the personality disorder between portable respirometers ( Machiavellianism) warmers for the benefit of the portable respirometers ( Machiavellianism) , no distinctions of statistical significance between averages of the degrees of sample study in ( Machiavellianism) in accordance with variable type (male \ females), no distinctions of statistical significance between averages of the degrees of sample study in ( Machiavellianism) in accordance with variable type of education (high/low), there are differences of statistical significance between averages of the degrees of sample study in ( Machiavellianism) in accordance with variable type of work (public/private) in favor of the Special Representative, no distinctions of statistical significance between averages of the degrees of sample study in ( Machiavellianism) variable in accordance with the social situation (married/single)
