كانت هناك حاجة لوضع كتيب يضم وينظم موضوعات علم المدخل للعلوم القانونية والحق،والتي يجب على كل دارس قانون أن يبدأ بها حتى يتسنى له معرفة وفهم وتنمية ملكته القانونية.
وهو مؤلف أعد لدارسي القانون والشريعة والقانون من طلبة المستوى الأول،ولدي العديد من الملاحظات بعضها يتعلق بالمفردات،والبعض الأخر يتعلق بطرق التدريس وآليات التقييم وسنحاول وضعها بطريقة معاصرة تمكن الاستفادة منها وفهمها بطريقة ميسرة.
قسمت خطة هذا الكتاب إلى ثلاثة أبواب حوت....فصل تناول الباب الحديث عن نظرية القانون والباب الثاني تناول الأجهزة العدلية والمهن القانونية،والثالث تحدث عن نظرية الحق.
أملي أن يكون هذا السفر معيناً لمن يريد أن يتعرف على القانون والحق.
صدرت الطبعة الأولى منه في العام 2017.
الملخص الانجليزي
There was a need to develop a booklet that includes and organizes the topics of the introduction to legal sciences and law, which every law student should start with in order to know, understand and develop his legal knowledge.
It is a book prepared for students of law, sharia and law among first-level students, and I have many notes, some of them are related to vocabulary, and others are related to teaching methods and evaluation mechanisms, and we will try to put them in a contemporary way that can be used and understood in an easy way.
The plan of this book was divided into three chapters for a whale .... The chapter dealt with the discussion of the chapter on the theory of law, the second chapter dealt with the judicial organs and the legal professions, and the third talked about the theory of truth.
My hope is that this travel will help those who want to know the law and truth.
The first edition was published in 2017.
