أن النظام الدستورى مصطلح فى الفقه القانونى له مجموعة من الدلالات منها الفقهى ومنها القانونى ومنها السياسى،كما أن هناك مؤثرات تأثر بشكل إيجابى وأخرى تأثر بشكل سلبى عليه،تناولت هذه الدراسة ملامح المؤثرات على النظام الدستورى السودانى، حيث تدور مشكلة الورقة حول لماذا تتأثر الأنظمة الدستورية بالعوامل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية السائدة في الدولة،وإلى أي مدي يتمظهر هذا التأثير؟ ومن هنا لابد من اهمية تظهر في : يبين مدى تأثير بعض العوامل على الحقوق والحريات العامة. كثرة الاختلاف والجدل حول أسباب ودافع الانقسامات السياسية داخل الأحزاب. النظام الدستوري يؤكد شرعية ممارسة التداول السلمي للسلطة.ومن أسباب اختيار موضوع البحث. استمرار حالة الأزمات والنزاعات لفترات طويلة في السودان. ،كما أن العوامل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية لها تأثيرات مباشرة المواطن ولها تأثير على استقرار الأنظمة في الدولة.
لقد اختار الباحث ،المنهج الوصفي،والتحليلي والاستقرائي والمقارن لتحقيق الورقة العلمية العلمية.
قسمت الورقة إلى ثلاثة مباحث الأول تناول العوامل السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية. وجاء الثاني ليتناول أنماط الحكم في السودان(التطور السياسى والدستورى فى السودان)..وعالج الثالث: الأزمات الداخلية "المحلية".
وختمت الدراسة بملحق وضحت فيه أهم التطورات التي مر بها النظام الدستوري في السودان،وقدمت نتائج الدراسة وزيلت بأهم التوصيات مع وضع فهرس لأهم مصادر المعلومات

That the constitutional system is a term in jurisprudence has a set of semantics, including jurisprudence, including legal and political, and there are influences influenced positively and negatively affected, this study dealt with the features of influences on the Sudanese constitutional system, The economic, social and political factors prevailing in the state, and to what extent does this influence appear? The constitutional order affirms the legitimacy of the peaceful exercise of power. Continuing crisis and conflict situations in Sudan. , And economic, social and political factors have direct effects of the citizen and have an impact on the stability of the systems in the state.
The researcher chose the descriptive, analytical, inductive and comparative approach to achieving the scientific scientific paper.
The paper was divided into three main sections dealing with political, social, economic and cultural factors. The second dealt with the patterns of governance in Sudan (political and constitutional development in Sudan). The third dealt with internal "domestic" crises.
The study concluded with an annex highlighting the most important developments in the constitutional system in Sudan. The results of the study were presented and the main recommendations were reviewed with an index of the most important sources of information.
