الملخص:
شغلت إشكالية العلاقة بين الدين والسياسة أهمية بالغة في مستقبل الحياة السياسية، وخاصة بعد الثورات والانتفاضات التي شهدتها بعض المجتمعات – ومنها المجتمع الليبي- والتي فرضت بدورها عدد من القضايا في علاقة السلطة بالدين التي ستلقي بظلالها على الخطوات الأولية في بناء الدولة ومؤسساتها، وترتيبا على ما سبق تتركز إشكالية الدراسة على سؤال رئيس آلا وهو: ما تأثير العامل الديني على عملية التحول الديمقراطي في ليبيا، وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في بأنها تعتبر دراسة استكشافية تسعى إلى رصد ظاهرة وتحديد معالمها، وهى المتعلقة بتأثير العامل الديني في عملية التحول الديمقراطي في ليبيا وأدواتها على النطاقين الإقليمى والدولى، وهى تفسيرية تحدد العلاقة بين المتغيرات الظاهرة وتطوراتها أو تحديدا بين طبيعة عمل النخبة السياسية وبين الأدوات المختفة التي تستخدمها لتحقيق أهداف الدولة وهى تقييمية تسعى الى تقييم متغيرات العلاقة على نحو يحقق دور فاعل لسياسة الدولة. وتهدف الدراسة إلي التعرف على البعد الديني في الحياة السياسية الليبية و توضيح العلاقة بين الدين والسلطة بعد ثورة فبراير الليبية، متبعا في الدراسة منهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يقوم على وصف وتحليل مدي تأثير العامل الديني على عملية التحول الديمقراطية في ليبيا، ووصولا إلي أهم النتائج التي تتلخص في أن هذا الأمر يكتسي أهمية خاصة بعد اندلاع ثورة فبراير التي قوضت نظام القذافي، مما فرض متغيرات جديدة وقوى مختلفة تلعب دوراً بارزاً في المجتمع بشكل عام، وفي صياغة العلاقة ما بين السلطة والدين بشكل خاص، وتعد الجماعات الإسلامية المختلفة من بينها، من خلال إطلاق العنان لتيارات إيديولوجية تنطلق من رؤى محددة للإسلام وللحياة والسياسة.

Abstract
The complexity of the relationship between religion and politics was of prominence especially after the witness of revolutions and uprisings in the Arab world, including Libyan society. These changes brought about a number of issues in the relationship between religion and politics which will cast a shadow on the construction of a new state and its institutions. Consequently, the problem of the study revolves on a major question: What is the impact of democratization on Libya?
The study takes its importance from being an exploratory study that aims to observe the phenomenon of democratization, and define its parameters related to the impact of the religious factor on democratization in Libya, and its tools at the regional and international levels. It is also explanatory in nature since it describes the relationship between explicit variables, its development, or, to be more specific, the nature of the political elite and the varied tools used to accomplish the State Goals. It is evaluative too, as it seeks to assess the variables of the relationship in order to realize an effective role of the state policy. The current study intends to identify the religious dimension in the political life in Libya, and delineate the relationship between religion and state in the aftermath of February Revolution. The researcher follows the analytical, and descriptive approach to analyze and describe the influence of the religious factor on the democratization in Libya, leading to the most essential outcomes that this study is important especially after the outbreak of February Revolution which undermined the regime of Qadhafi. Such changes in Libya imposed a new array of variables and forces that plays a significant role in society in general, and in the formation of relationship between state and religion in particular. In the wake of the revolution, the formation of Islamic groups following ideological trends and
specific visions pertaining to life, politics and Islam started.
