تتناول هذه الدراسة السياق السياسي لاتفاق التطبيع الاماراتي – الإسرائيلي، والتعرف على أسبابه مبرراته، وترصد تطور العلاقات الاقتصادية بين الامارات و"إسرائيل، في إطار اتفاق التطبيع من خلال القراءة في ثنياها النتائج والتبعات الاقتصادية لهذا الاتفاق .
وتوصلت إلى أن خطوات الامارات المتسارعة نحو تعزيز وتطور العلاقات الاقتصادية مع "إسرائيل" في إطار اتفاق التطبيع يكشف زيف مبررات الامارات ويكشف عن نواياها الحقيقية والتي تخدم المصلحة والرغبة الإسرائيلية، لا سيما وأن معظم الاتفاقيات والصفقات التي تمت بين البلدين فور توقيع الاتفاق أنقذت مستقبل نمو الاقتصاد الإسرائيلي من مصير مجهول بسبب المقاطعة العربية لإسرائيل حتى وان كانت جزئية لكنها تسببت في خنق آفاق التنمية الإسرائيلية على المدى المتوسط بسبب محدودية انفتاح الأسواق الاقليمية وخاصة العربية أمام الصادرات الاسرائيلية مع زيادة وتيرة تنافسية بقية الأسواق العالمية، وبالتالي فإن اتفاق التطبيع الاماراتي وما تلاها ومن اتفاقيات من بعض الدول العربية فتح المجال أمام إسرائيل لاختراق الأسواق العربية بأكملها سواء كانت بطريقة مباشرة أو بطريقة غير مباشرة من خلال الامارات والدول المطبعة.

This study deals with the political context of the Emirati-Israeli normalization agreement, identifying its causes and justifications, and monitors the development of economic relations between the Emirates and “Israel, within the framework of the normalization agreement by reading in its folds the results and economic consequences of this agreement.
It concluded that the UAE's accelerated steps towards strengthening and developing economic relations with "Israel" within the framework of the normalization agreement reveals the falsity of the UAE's justifications and reveals its true intentions that serve the Israeli interest and desire, especially since most of the agreements and deals that took place between the two countries upon the signing of the agreement saved the future growth of the economy. The Israelis are facing an unknown fate due to the Arab boycott of Israel, even if it is partial, but it has stifled the prospects for Israeli development in the medium term due to the limited openness of regional markets, especially Arab ones, to Israeli exports with an increase in the competitiveness of the rest of the global markets. Some Arab countries have opened the way for Israel to penetrate the entire Arab market, whether directly or indirectly, through the Emirates and the printed countries.
