هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة استخدام نظام إدارة التعلم Moodle خلال جائحة كورونا بالكفاءة التدريسية للمحاضرين في الجامعات الفلسطينية من وجهة نظرهم، حيث قامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة مكونة من (36) فقرة موزعة على اربعة ابعاد، كما قامت بتوزيع الاستبانة على (80) محاضر من جامعة غزة، وتم استقبال (65) استجابة، وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليل النتائج توصلت الدراسة الى انه يوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (≤0.05) لاستخدام نظام إدارة التعلم Moodle خلال جائحة كورونا وعلاقته بالكفاءة التدريسية للمحاضرين في الجامعات الفلسطينية من وجهة نظرهم، وهذا يعود الى متغير المؤهل العلمي ( بكالوريوس – ماجستير – دكتوراه ) لصالح متغير الدكتوراه، ولا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (≤0.05) لاستخدام نظام إدارة التعلم Moodle خلال جائحة كورونا وعلاقته بالكفاءة التدريسية للمحاضرين في الجامعات الفلسطينية من وجهة نظرهم، وهذا يعود الى متغير المؤهل الكلية، وقد اوصت الدراسة بضرورة استخدام التعليم المدمج لتمكين المحاضرين والطلبة من استكمال العملية التعليمة لاسيما وقت الكوارث.

The study aimed to know the relationship of using the learning management system "Moodle" during the Covid-19 pandemic, with the teaching competency of lecturers in Palestinian universities from their point of view, where the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (36) paragraphs distributed over four domains, and distributed the questionnaire to (80) lecturers from Gaza University, and received (65) response. After collecting data and analyzing the results, the study found that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (≤0.05) for the use of the learning management system "Moodle" during the Covid-19 pandemic and its relationship to the teaching competency of lecturers in Palestinian universities from their point of view, this is due to the variable of scientific qualification ( Bachelor – Master – PhD ) in favor of the Ph.D. variant, the study recommended the need to use blended education to enable lecturers and students to complete the educational process, especially at the time of disasters
