دراسة تتعلق بواحدة من الأدوات المنهجية الضرورية لفهم الدين. إنها تصنيف تصرفات النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم حسب المقام أو الحال اللذين صدرت فيهما، والتمييز منها بين ما هو دين وتشريع دائم للمسلمين، وما هو تصرفات دنيوية اجتهادية. واستعرضت الدراسة "التصرفات النبوية بالإمامة"، تعريفها وسماتها وعدد من أمثلتها. وتحدثت عن أهمية هذا المفهوم في مقاربة الفقه السياسي من منظور إسلامي، بدءا بطبيعة الممارسة السياسية للنبي الكريم، باعتبارها تدبيرًا دنيويًا مؤقتًا، وعلاقتها بمقامي النبوة والرسالة، وانتهاء بالأسس التي على المسلمين أن يبنوا عليها حياتهم السياسية والتصورات التي من المنطقي أن يحملوها في موضوع طبيعة الدولة ووظائفها وطبيعة الممارسة السياسية عمومًا.

A study concerning one of the methodological tools necessary for understanding religion. It is the classification of the actions of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.
The place or state in which it was issued, and the distinction between what is religion and permanent legislation for Muslims, and what is jurisprudent worldly acts. The study "prophetic behaviors of leadership", presents its definition, features, and a number of examples. It talks about the importance of this concept in the approach of political jurisprudence from an Islamic perspective, starting with the nature of the political practice of the Holy Prophet, as temporary worldly management, and its relation to the status of prophecy and message, and ending with the foundations on which Muslims should build their political life and the perceptions that they logically hold in the subject of the nature of the state, its functions and the nature of their political practice in general.
