يتكون هذا البحث من مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة. وذلك على النحو التالي:-
المقدمة: ذكرت فيها أهمية الموضوع، وهدف الدراسة، وخطة البحث، أما التمهيد: فقد بينت فيه مفهوم المؤسسات المالية، وأنواعها، والمقصود بالجوائح، والتوجيهات الأخلاقية التي ينبغي التحلي بها حال الأوبئة والجوائح، وتناولت في المبحث الأول : دور مؤسسات الزكاة في تمويل حاجة الفئات المتضررة من الأوبئة والجوائح، مع بيان من يدخل في هذه الصفة، ومقدار الزكاة فيه، وطبيعة ما يعطى من الزكاة هل يخرج من أعيانها أم تخرج قيمتها، و تحدثت في المبحث الثاني: عن حكم تعجيل الزكاة وأثره في تمويل حاجة المتضررين من الأوبئة والجوائح، مع بيان ضوابطه، أما المبحث الثـالـث: فقد تناولت فيه حكم نقل الزكاة من بلد الوجوب إلى بلد آخر، وأثر ذلك في تخفيف آثار الأوبئة والجوائح.
الخاتمة: وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها في البحث..

This research consists of an introduction, a preface, three chapters, and a conclusion. This is as follows: _The Introduction: I mentioned the importance of the topic, the study objective, and the research plan. As for the preamble: I explained the concept of financial institutions, their types, what is meant by pandemics, and the ethical guidelines that should be adopted in the event of epidemics and pandemics, and dealt with in the first topic: the role of Zakat institutions in financing the needs of groups Affected by epidemics and pandemics, with an explanation of who is included in this capacity, the amount of zakat in it, and the nature of what is given from zakat, does it come out of its notable or its value, and I talked in the second topic: the rule of accelerating zakat and its impact on financing the needs of those affected by epidemics and pandemics, with A statement of its controls. As for the third topic: it dealt with the ruling on transferring zakat from the country of obligation to another country, And the impact of this in mitigating the effects of epidemics and pandemics.
