يُلحّ المسار التاريخي للإنسانية، على أن الديمقراطية بأبعادها الإنسانية المتعددة لا يمكن أن تنفصل عن ضمير الأفراد ووجودهم، إذ لابد لها أن تتحقق في الضمير الفردي والجمعي، عبر التربية المقصودة في المدارس، قبل أن يتمثّلها الأفراد في ممارساتهم وسلوكياتهم، فارتكازا على هذا المفهوم، بدأ أهل السياسة والاجتماع والتربية في الجزائر، يصوّبون اهتماماتهم بشكل كبير ، نحو العملية التربوية يستقصونها، وذلك من أجل بناء الحقيقة الديمقراطية في المجتمع الجزائر ولو بعد حين، وعليه: فما هو دور المدرسة الجزائرية في تنشئة الأجيال ديمقراطيًّا؟، والذي تراه هذه الورقة البحثية صعب المنال، إلا من خلال القوانين و المراسيم، ومن خلال المناهج و طرائق التدريس المعتمدة أيضا.
