هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة التحديات التي تواجه طالبات الدراسات العليا في الجامعات
الفلسطينية وسبل مواجهتها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من )21 )طالبة، واستخدمت استبانة لتحقيق
أهداف الدراسة وهو معرفة التحديات التي تواجه طالبات الدراسات العليا في الجامعات
الفلسطينية، وهي مكونة من )11 )فقرة، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة: معرفة التحديات التي تواجه
طالبات الدراسات العليا في الجامعات الفلسطينية، من الناحية )االقتصادية، النفسية،
االجتماعية، الثقافية(، وأن مستوى التحديات التي تواجه طالبات الد ارسات العليا في الجامعات

غير متزوجة(، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى سبل مواجهة التحديات المختلفة التي تتعرض لها
طالبات الدراسات العليا في الجامعات الفلسطينية، ومن خالل النتائج التي توصل إليها
الباحثان، فإنهما يوصيان باعتماد نتائج الدراسة الحالية في مواجهة التحديات والسعي لحل
المشكالت التي تعاني منها طالبات الدراسات العليا.
الملخص الانجليزي
The study aimed to reveal the challenges that female postgraduate
students face in Palestinian universities and ways to confront them. The
study sample consisted of (50) female students, and the questionnaire
was used to achieve the objectives of the study, which is to know the
challenges facing female postgraduate students in Palestinian
universities, and it consists of (40) paragraphs. The most important
results of the study: Knowing the challenges facing female postgraduate
students in Palestinian universities, in terms of (economic,
psychological, social, and cultural). As the level of challenges facing
female graduate students in Palestinian universities was average. The
findings showed that there were no statistically significant differences.
Among the averages of the respondents of the study sample about the
level of challenges attributable to the variable of marital status
(married- unmarried). The study also found ways to face the various
challenges that female students of graduate studies in Palestinian
universities are exposed to. The study recommended adopting the
results of the current study in facing the challenges and seeking solving
the problems that female graduate students suffered from
