The target of this study is exposition the image of population distribution of the THI-QAR governorate for year 2014, and their varieties from one place to another. population was concentration in AL- Nasiriya judiciary center in rate ( 24.6%) in area rate was just (9.9%) from area total to plenty and diversity the work choices , and concentration rate was arrived (36%) in governorate for year 2014, distribution of population in many judiciaries was not organized, concentration rate was Rise in AL- Nasiriya judiciary and less rate in AL- Rifaai judiciary. The relation between population and area was ideally just in AL-Fathiliya district , and other districts was near or less near from ideally ,The characteristic of governorate was concentration of population because the people was more concentration in cities and around rivers or with ways stretching
