أجريت هذه الدراسة خلال الفترة من نوفمبر 2019 إلى فبراير 2020. تم جمع (20) قطة من
مناطق مختلفة في سامراء، وتم نقلهم إلى المختبر حيث تم سحب الدم وتشريحه
لفحص المقاطع النسيجية ونسبة التهاب الصفاق المعدي عند القطط هي الانترلوكين -10 في القطط
وعلاقتها بالإصابة بالطفيلي وتأثير الطفيل على أنسجة الكبد والكلى
العضلات.
وجدت الدراسة ارتفاعا معنويا في مستوى (P<0.05) في مستوى الانترلوكين 10 في القطط المصابة
بالطفيلي، حيث بلغت نسبة الإصابة بيكوغرام/مل (9.563، 7.357) مقارنة بمجموعة السيطرة،
على التوالى. وأظهرت المقاطع النسيجية تأثير الطفيل على أنسجة الكلى حيث تسبب تورمها
لأنابيب Malpage بينما تقلصت كرة Malpage من محفظة بومان مما أدى إلى فجوة كبيرة
الفاصل بين الكرية ومحفظة بومان، بالإضافة إلى وجود آفات قيحية في الأنسجة
النبيبات الكلوية المجاورة والمشوهة ووجود الدم في بعض أنسجة الكلى. كان أنسجة الكبد
أكثر تضررا من أنسجة الكلى كما هو الحال بالنسبة للعضلات. ظهرت بعض قطع من ألياف العضلات والهيكل العظمي

This study is done during the period of November 2019 to February 2020. (20) cats were collected from
different regions in Samarra and have been taken to the laboratory where their blood is drawn and dissected
to examine the tissue sections and the percentage of Feline infectious peritonitis is Interleukin -10 in cats
and its relationship to the parasite infection and the effect of the parasite on tissue of the liver, kidneys, and
muscles.
The study found a significant increase in the level of (P <0.05) in the level of Interleukin 10 in cats infected
with the parasite, as the infection rate reached pg / ml (9.563, 7.357) compared to the control group,
respectively. The tissue sections showed the effect of the parasite on the kidney tissue as it caused swelling
for Malpage tubules while the Malpage sphere shrank from Bowman’s capsule, which led to a large gap
separating the globule and Bowman’s capsule, in addition to the presence of purulent tissue lesions within
the nearby and distorted renal tubules and the presence of blood in some kidney tissues. The liver tissue was
more damaged than the kidney tissue as for the muscles. Some pieces of skeletal muscle fibers appeared
