Dr. Saleh Nazmy Mwafy is currently Associate Professor of Physiology at biology department, faculty of science at Al Azhar University-Gaza. He earned his Bachelor degree of Microbiology at Al Azhar University-Gaza in 1997. He became a teaching assistance as rewarded in biology department of Al-Azhar University-Gaza. This reward allowing him to use his personal experience to help the students who contribute to the community. His master in Physiology from the Islamic University of Gaza in 2006 and his PhD in Physiology from Tanta University, Egypt in 2014. After completing his PhD, he accept a position as head of Biology department in Al Azhar University-Gaza from 25/9/2014 until now and Deputy Dean Faculty of science, Al Azhar University-Gaza from 12/10/2016 until now. Has participated in many International and local conferences and workshops in the fields of biological and biomedical Sciences and has many scientific and technical papers published in an international journals. In 2018, worked as referee for Current Molecular Pharmacology: Open Access, Clinical Research: Open Access, RSC Advances and Current Pediatric Research Journals. Supervising master thesis at Palestinian Universities: Al Azhar University Gaza and the Islamic university Gaza, and External examiner for master dissertations at the Palestinian Universities. His research interests in oxidative stress and antioxidant therapy, Diabetes and metabolic syndrome, Vitamin B12 and iron deficiency anemia and Physiolog Screening, and diagnosis of breast cancer
